2/21/17 Like so many I was thrilled that we now have a location close to us. I went there for a late lunch today. Everything wa so good. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good for each guest. Then this evening I realized I threw my debit card away with the receipt. I went back and the manager and a sweet employee were very concerned for me. The employee volunteered to help me check the trash and the manager let her do so. This young woman went way above the norm digging through the trash and not letting me do so. Although we did not find my card, I cannot express my sincere thanks enough They became too busy for me to get their names, but I hope to see them again and show my appreciation. Corporate, take note, exceptional employees that care!

Check your order before you leave the window EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And check EVERYTHING. Ive been to this location half a dozen times, they have not got one single order correct. NOT. ONE. If you order a biscuit, theyll forget the biscuit. If you order a side, theyll forget it or give you the wrong one. If you order a meal, theyll give you a dinner. If you order a dinner, theyll give you a meal. Its to the point of being a local joke how utterly incompetent the staff is. The food is good, and theyre fast and convenient, but holy smokes dont leave that window until you check EVERYTHING...including the receipt!

I was very excited to purchase lunch at the new location today, but my experience has turned out very poorly. Upon arriving around 11am I waited in the Drive Thru line for 5 minutes before placing my order (only one car ahead). After getting my order I get back to order to see that both orders didn’t have any plastic ware, napkins, or condiments. I immediately called and spoke with Adrian (Manager) who was very inconsiderate. He stated that I didn’t need any plastic ware to eat my chicken, so he didn’t see the concern. I also had two orders of red beans and rice that I was not able to enjoy.

*** Check out the Popeyes website for coupons -location is brand new and isnt even on the company website yet so check back for those. *** Ive been waiting like others for this location to open and were finally here. Food tasted great but the wait for me to be served was a while (maybe 2-3 minutes with no line). But the staff did address that they would be with me soon so it wasnt rude; just long. Afterwards it seemed like they were able to handle others quickly so it was probably just my timing. Anyhow, so happy to have a Popeyes close-by (especially during Bonified Box time

This is the worst Popeyes Ive been to in a while food is never fresh. I been there 4 times and they have gotten my order wrong 3 of those time. The only way to get good food is to ask for it to be made fresh otherwise they will give you really old food. The employees are never friendly. The guy in the drive thru sounded like he just rolled out of bed and didnt want to be there.This place is a joke. As long as it took this place to open you would think the food would be decent or at least have good customer service. Save your money.

Manager needs to go and try to order themselves. I gave order five times and twice again at the window. Then had to ask for a fork? To eat beans amd rice. Apparently at the same price point in amd out burger help is way way more alert and gives a damn about taking an order and serving properly. Food was cold and lousy. No love in this food. If you paid for this franchise you better find out what is going on. Its way too nee to suck this bad. Not going back!

Got order wrong, "corrected" it, but still wrong, and argued about it every step of the way. I pick up lunch for my office every weekday, and we were introducing Popeyes into our lunch schedule that repeats every month. Such a bad experience, we are cutting it in exchange a more competent (or at least polite) restaurant. They will get our large-scale, repeat business instead.

Been waiting for this for quite some time and it certainly was worth the wait! Food has always been fresh and order has been correct, even when slammed at lunch time. The parking situation is terrible (employee cars take up a good portion of the spots) and the alternative is to park at Taco Casa and risk being towed. Other than that, excellent food and GREAT daily deals

I went there for lunch and ordered the Monday special. The guy in the drive-thru was rushing. I got to the park where I was going to eat and discovered there were no silverware or napkins. I was not able to eat my redbeans and rice or my chicken, due to that. I called them and spoke with the manager Adrian and he didnt see what the problem was, very inconsiderate!

Rude employees, over cooked old food, small pieces the last two times I visited this Popeyes. To make matters worse when I sent an email to corporate no response. I sent three emails and still no response. This shows how they feel about customers. I will never eat Popeyes again. Thanks for educating me on customer service. Awful

So Ive been here 2 times and BOTH times got food poisoning. The day it opened and about 2 weeks after to give them another chance. Both times I had multiple orders and I got at least 1 wrong side. I will never eat at this popeyes or any popeyes. I hope no one else gets sick from this restaurant

Worst service ever. Front counter should have had more help. Manager was completely rude and didnt care. They screwed everyones order up before me. Waited 10 minutes to be told it would be awhile. With the managers attitude and lack of training. I wont be going back. 6:00 2/15/17
