I called and placed an order over the phone at 5:21pm I was told it was an hour and 30 minute delivery time so I asked how long would carry out take and I was told 15 minutes. I arrived to the Pizza Hut at 5:50pm the girl who greeted me was clueless and completely unempathetic about the fact that she could not find my order in the system. I asked her to get a manager she went and got the shift manager Taylor. Taylor was also unempathetic as well. Taylor proceeded to grab a young man who had a nametag on that said smiles I believe and she reprimanded him for not explaining to her that I was ordering pizza. Apparently she erased my order because she thought he was telling her that I just wanted a quote and he was said he was trying to explain to her that I was placing an order. All these details that I did not need. She could of done a coaching with him when I left not in front of me. Shes was really rude and aggressive the way she was talking to him. Instead of reprimanding him in front of me she should of took care of me in front of her associates and modeled the way on how to assist customers when accidents happen not play the blame game. Accidents happen its how you recover from them moving forward. Anyhow after that she told him to retake my order, I asked her would I be compensated in any way while she was walking away and she said yea sure Ill give you a discount. That should of been offered from the jump. My pizza just came out at 6:19. It smells good and Im sure my family will enjoy it but this was a terrible customer service experience which is probably why this location has a 1 star rating on yelp. So I just got home opened my pizzas and they got 4 out of 5 pizzas correct. They gave us another cheese instead of meat lovers. (Sigh) it was clear that smiles or whatever his name is was new so the manager Taylor should have taken my order to make sure it was correct. Also I forgot to mention how they didnt have change for a $50 and all I had was cash and she just looked at me like oh well we cant break it. finally a delivery guy walked by and said he had change in his car. You all need to train the managers at this location better.

Very poor customer service. After delivering our order with the wrong crust, they refused to refund our money until they "got the pieces of pizza back". They changed our order without calling us because "they were out of thin crust". I told the manager they could come pick them up, but he refused to refund our money until they had the pizza in the building. After wasting 35 minutes of my time on the phone, Kent finally refunded our money. At some point (at least 30 minutes later), they picked up the pizza I had left outside our door.

Choose a different location if you are wanting pizza. Boyfriend and I have tried multiple times to give this Pizza Hut location a chance to give us a decent pizza, and all of those times the pizza was poorly made. Hardly any cheese around the outside of the pizza and just marinara sauce soaking the middle of the pizza. I get its a $10 pizza, but really Pizza Hut? The pizzas this location makes are just lousy.

Not very accommodating or speedy seeing as how I live only 2 miles away. Seems Like if a paying customer wants a side of mushrooms and is Willing to pay the extra cost the pizza joint should please the customer . Thanku pizza hut u just made my next Pizza Ordering decision even easier ! Papa Johns it is!

The delivery times are out of whack. The food always has something wrong with it. The pizza that was delivered was burnt. I called and asked for a refund or a new pizza, and the General Manager, Ryan, hung up on me because I was upset that they wouldnt make things right.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Took two hours to get food and when it got here it was cold. Do not order from this place! Manager was no help.

said the wait was going to be 15-20 minutes. had to wait an hour and they forgot our cheese sticks and burnt our cookie pizza. horrible.
