Upon entering the reataurant this evening, the first thing we noticed was that the trash can was open with a half eaten burrito laying on the floor. We then noticed how cold it was inside. The temperature couldnt have been over 50 degrees. The tables and floors were filthy. After placing our order I looked for a clean table to sit at and the only ones that appeared clean had chairs stacked on them. I took the chairs down and that is where we chose to sit. The tables were sticky. When we finally got our food (12 minutes later) it was very messy. My burrito had two holes in the flour tortilla. My bean burrito had onions on the outside (none inside) and sauce all outside on one end. The beans were both undercooked and overcooked. I only had cheese in the crease at the bottom of the tortilla. The meat in the taco was so skimpy it was hardly visible. The party of 2 in front of us had their order messed up and the party of two behind us were skipped over entirely. I honestly dont think the people at the restaurant knew what they were doing. The condiment area was almost empty. I will not be visiting this restaurant again. Next time I will take my business to Del Taco.

Okay, this was the last straw. I cant tell you how many times Ive come to this location and had bits and pieces of my meals missing. Missing deserts, missing tacos, missing queso for my orders of chips + cheese. I get it, mistakes are going to happen. Im sure every once in awhile sometimes people just forget to put things in, but when it happens in such desperate regularity it really starts to upset me. If make it all the way home and find my meal is incomplete, Im not exactly going to come back and get it fixed. This is only going to leave me grumpy and eating half the meal i paid twice as much for. I shouldnt have to be paranoid about checking the bag every single time guys. This is not okay.

If you never got a chance to visit a Taco Bell in the 80s or 90s and want to see what one was like, this one is perfectly preserved. If you did visit one back then, this one will bring back some memories, as soon as you walk thru the door, you feel like youve stepped out of a time machine!! Dont go here for the service, they were out of most everything on the KFC side. Seems to be a hangout for employees not currently on the clock. Not very good for your corporate image Taco Bell when your off duty employees can be heard loudly exclaiming "we need to sober up" and discussing drug usage in your restaurant. Disappointed in this location.

Im kind of split between if I want to give it a 2 star or a 5 star. Usually I have great service and amazing food but recently Ive started to see the laziness of a couple of the workers. I believe they are high school students but one forgot my drink and the other asked me if I was serious when I ordered a taco 12 pack. I said yes to her then she complained about how thats alot of work. I replied to her with that shes at work and is lucky to have this job. I just think that there should be better training for the employees or screen people better before hiring them.

All of the commercial hype about the new Taco Bell breakfast got me all excited to try it. I looked up a Taco Bell that would be near my normal drive and found this one. There were ads for breakfast and even a picture of the new waffle taco so off I went to get my tasty breakfast. I arrived at about 7:30am and its closed! Taco Bell marketing fail. Whomever places the photos and ads for Taco Bell should probably re-evaluate their job skills. So dissapointed.

Everytime I go they take FOREVER in the drive through. They have messed up our orders repeatedly so we stopped going there. Tonight my husband went and he checked our order before he drove off and he was missing various items. He didnt think to open the box for the chicken combo to make sure there was chicken in it and sure enough he gets home and there is only a biscuit and a side item in there. Hands down worst Taco Bell / KFC as far as service!!!

My daughter ordered the Cheesy Double Beef burrito for me. She repeated it THREE times, and they still gave her the regular beef burrito. Then when I was eating it, I found a 2" long piece of plastic wrap in the burrito. Fast food has gone down hill over the last decade. Orders are always wrong. Food quality and quantity is diminished. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Ive gone there a few times. Its a taco Bell/KFC in one. Last time I ordered a KFC 2 piece with double mashed potatoes and a biscuit plus a couple of tacos. They were out of biscuits so I got a cookie handed to me instead, received Cole slaw, and the drumstick was missing the meat. I could see the whole length of the bone. I go to Denton or Lewisville for KFC or taco Bell now

I ordered the "Double Chalupa box" with no tomatoes due to a tomato allergy. The box came saying No Tomato on it so I didnt think anything of it. When I got to my destination, I had to throw most of my food out because not only did it have tomato, it was heaped with tomato. The one thing that didnt have tomato - the taco that comes with the box - was stale and gross.

Good is good, service is terrible, condition of the restaurant and bathrooms are horrible. There are vastly better Taco Bells out there and this one should not be considered the pinnacle of Taco Bells. It doesnt even come close to representing the Taco Bell brand in a positive light. Seriously, stay away.

Tables are dirty. Tostada shells are really really really stale. I sent them back, but the next ones were still very stale too. I am really savage, and can put up with such things generally, so it was outside my tolerance level. Service is pretty fast though.

If there was a Zero they would get it twice, after getting the order wrong the first time they decided it was nice enough to throw the correct order across the counter in front of my face, no wonder they have a bad rating F-

Floor is greasy & very slippery! Tea was spilling on the counter top from the tea jug! Overall not clean. Braved through it and food was ok but tacos were well short being filled & not as crunchy as Id like.

Food constantly makes you sick every time we have went. My husband called them and they pretty much acted like its no big deal. Their chicken was oozing with werid juices and was undercooked.

10/10 would eat again. One of the best dining experiences of my life. For some reason the food is cheaper than other Taco Bells and is of better quality. I recommend the Quesarito.

The rude manager told us never to come through the drive through again because we asked for 2 waters. Would never recommend this place, I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star.
