I just left this location, the manager on dutys name was Fernando… He said to speak with JR who was the regional manager. I just now left the location, and the timer on the wall read over 15 minutes… Tell me how I have zero food and zero apologies from any employee at this restaurant when literally people walk by the window as I was honking and knocking on the window, finally one guy made eye contact with me and try to slide around the other side of the corner… I told him I thought him that I clearly saw him and then he came to the window and told me they were closed even though this was when there was still five minutes left until closing. When Fernando The apparent manager…who told me he came back from the bathroom and that he was the only one taking orders and he left with the seven minutes before closing because you know it was the end of the day. Did you a manager… Just tell a customer… That you basically close the restaurant early so you could take a dump… Ive had so much attitude from workers and wrong orders from this location going on years now… And just went to it because it was on the way. With the new taco bell opening off 360&Trinity, I will never be coming here again.

Got a 12 pack of tacos, ALL crunchy ones had been sitting under the heat lamp so long they could all be bent and nothing would break. All soft ones had solidified grease inside tortillas (We live 5 minutes from location so its not like they sat in our laps forever). Called, spoke with Mario the manager and he said ANY DAY ANY TIME I could come get a refund. He admitted to using the heat lamps once I pointed out my husband worked at Taco Bell and knows how it goes. Came in next day, manager on duty wouldnt give me refund. Profiled me due to other customers "calling in just to get Marios name then coming in claiming they spoke to him to get refunds". Stated "we dont use heat lamps for longer than a few minutes!" yet for the 10 minutes I was there (and longer because they were already there) a line of at least 10-15 tacos sat under a heat lamp IN FRONT OF ME. Food was awful, managers dont communicate and blame the customers or corporate, theyre lazy, low quality standards, and dont return calls when you request them to. Already spoke with corporate twice and reported this location. Will continue to do so until my $16.44 is back in my possession and theres a change.

I went there tonight at 9:20 and went up to the door, a guy Fernando had just locked it and the door doesnt say it closes til 10 pm dine in hours... More people came to the door and he finally came and would not let us in even Theo it stated the hours on the door!!! His excuse was disrespectful to let the drive thru wait more than 5 seconds while he takes our orders!!! So I said isnt it disrespectful to turn us away and he said yes but he is closed on the inside. There were people workers walking around and not working at this point. So I went to the drive thru and waited 40 minutes to get the food I had ordered and when I got to the window there were workers playing around and sitting in the dining room like 3 of them.. Im just curious if its disrespectful to make the drive thru wait for 5 seconds what about 40 minutes!!! He claimed it was approved by his gm but there is no proof of that!!! Thwn when i got home my tostadas were very messed up and has half the stuff oon the sides abd broken shells!! Very upset about this situation!!!

I live 2 miles closer to this Taco bell than to the one on Collins but still drive to the one on Collins because of how bad this one is. Every single time I come here they mess up my order. Today for instance, I was in a rush so I just stopped here. They messed up my tacos, so when I went back to get them fixed and to get the side of sauce I asked for, ooaid for, but didnt receive; they remade them and gave them back. Luckily, I checked in the parking lot because it was still wrong. Instead if giving me the side of sauce Id ordered they put it on them. So I went in to get it made right and the manager was actually arguing with me about what I ordered. Its sad that I have to tell a manager not to argue with me, that its not my fault that his people cant listen and push buttons correctly. Because apparently, listening and pushing buttons is too hard for Taco Bell employees.

I live literally almost four minutes away. I just went to go get some food there, and I asked the girl nicely to tell me what one of the burritos had inside because the menu you couldnt see it at all. She gives me attitude the whole time. Whenever we pulled up to the window to pay I asked her nicely to please give me quite a few hot sauces and she doesnt say a word and closes the window. Then her manager or whoever brings out the food and doesnt say one word, then she slams the window door!!! Dont ever go to this place! My theorie is IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THEN DONT WORK AT ALL!!!!

This is the worst Taco Bell Ive visited! Excessively long lines when in the drive thru, staff playing and giggling while Im waiting forever, and a manager who acts like hes heard it all before when I complain about their cappy service. 25 min in the drive thru and his only excuse is, "were short staffed." Dude, your making freaking tacos how many monkeys does it take slap some meat on a shell and get it out to the customer in under a half hour?!?! Never again

Very very horrible experience when dining in, the lobby was locked right behind us at 8:30 p.m. who does that? The lobby was freezing cold I dont know if they do this in order to keep customers out of it. The food will get cold within couple minutes, they had 5 people in staff but all playing around and it still took them about 30 minutes just for two single meals. I visited this location for lunch and its never like this, the night crew just failed very bad.

Every time Im here, the drive thru is wrapped around the building. So I go inside to order thinking it would be quicker and thats a lie. The drive thru people are waiting 10-15 minutes for their food while at the window! While inside I saw the manager who I assumed cause of the shirt was standing around on his phone.. and my food was slightly cold. Ridiculous. Terrible services.

Their night shift crew is so hurt, first they didnt give my order right, then they didnt give me the right receipt and then I came home Im missing two quesaritos. Yalls crew are so hurt. One looks so high. Cant even function right. I love Taco Bell. But the staff in this branch are a bunch of idiots

I usually dont come to this location because the night crew are very greedy with their product I ordered a variety pack and 2 burritos and got hardly any meat in my tacos and my burritos hardly had any beans with no cheese and hardly any sauce and they are a little rude!
