Dear sir/ Maam: Overall, I thought I liked everything 8 out 10 from my previous night dinner. However, once I got home I found out that I Got charged for a higher price wine. I drank Rosso, which is $4.90 something like that and I got charged for a seven daughter, which is $6.95. I thought about it and this location had disappointed me badly 2 years ago, when its server overcharged my tips what I wrote when he closed the checked (I tipped 20%, he then closed 30%). I called the manager once I received my statement, he didnt seem to care to fix the problem and mishandled. Once again, this time was about my wine price on the check. I hoped to give this location another try since its in my neighborhood, but never again. Thanks for this survey

Got to this location and was seated immediately, which was nice especially because Sundays are always busy. Getting our oodles took a minute which was fine so as we are having conversationso with our 3 young children, we over hear the guy cleaning off the table and another waitress arguing and the girl says "oh shut your f*****g mouth". As we all look at each other my husband decides to wait until we get our food (because you all know what COULD happen). My husband tells the manager who then talks to the employee. The food was great. Prices are great..but could use some cleabing. Light fixture above us had cob website hanging ( under where are food is)

Not happy. My fiance and I dont really like the food, but my son loves the salad and my daughter loves the noodles and shrimp, and since shes such a picky eater we take the kids their for treats. Well we went over the weekend. The MENU says that the soup and salad is 5.49. I normally get that cause its the cheapest meal, and let my kids get what they want. Well I get the check and was charge 10.49 for CRAPPY soup and salad. I checked the menu as I was leaving and it clearly said 5.49, so I asked a server and they said its more for dinner. By the time I got to the car my stomach was already messed up. I will NOT be going back.

good food lousy service looks like you are to use the ZIOSK when you want anything forget asking you if you want second fill ups of drinks bread salad and what happened to the candy at the end of dinner LEFT OVERS - YOU FILL THE CONTAINER--- FORGET THE SACK SERVICE HAS GONE OUT THE DOOR---- SERVE YOURSELF ---- YOU NOW SERVE YOURSELF VIA THE ZIOSK BUT BE SURE TO LEAVE A BIG TIP IF I DIDNT WANT A SERVER I WOULD HAVE NEVER ENTERED THE RESTURANT AND ORDERED TO GO----------- WE WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE

Been to this locatiin many times. Tonight surpaassed them all. Our waiter ken was exquisite. Its been along time since Ive had such impeccible service. My wife and I took my sister in law and her boyfriend to dinner as a thankyou for watching our daughter. Ken, our waiter was kind, fast and very engaged with us. Felt like he was another part of the family. I will be asking to be sat at his table in the future. Hes offically got us as customers (whether he likes it or not) thank you ken again for the wonderful service!

I love Olive Garden but Ill never go back to this location. The first time I went the service was awful, I gave them a second chance and it was still bad. Our food came within about 45 seconds of our salad, when we asked for time it was set on a warming rack. When we asked for our meals the server lied and said theyd remake it; the food was brought back out in less than a minute and it was dried out and substandard. Never going back!

Stopped here today for lunch, was seated very quickly. Order soup and salad. Then ordered the Chicken Piadira, it was ok. Thought it would of been crisper. Now the Chicken Gnocchi was very delicious and had another serving. Victor my server was great, his section seemed fuller then the rest of the other areas. He stayed on top of all my needs. Very good job Victor.

Every time I go to this olive garden its always wonderful service from waiters. I will actually pass by olive gardens on the way here and not even care. Its worth it. Manager is doing a good job with their employees and I always commend them personally because we need more restaurants to have service like this.

The server was very polite the food was good. The salad tasted better than I remember. The hostesses that great you were nicer than most places. Some restaurants that you go in there are some young girls at the door looking like they hate their jobs at this location the staff all seems to be having a good time.

Service was excellent!!! My food and my food daughters food were both good. My husbands food was not good. We returned it you the manager and were not pleased to see it still on our bill. We payed and left without saying about it, but it was upsetting that we are expected to pay for bad food we did not eat.

The service was good but the area we were in was loud and cramped. The waiter was struggling to keep up with all his tables and the food came out cold. The bathrooms were nice and the place was clean, but it felt like it was a race to finish. We werent even done eating when the waiter brought the check.

My wife and I ordered pasta, breadsticks, and salad. My wife could not eat the pasta - the sauce was very salty. Both of us got sick - nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. My son who ordered soup instead of the salad was not sick. Service was excellent though. but I will never go there again.

My late 2 experiences at this location have left me unsatisfied. To have been ill and just wanted soup... wrong place to go. 20 min before they come back and ask if everything is okay. Also it is rude to bring peoples food in togo boxes unless requested. Thanks for the hospitality...

At this location, the Food is always fresh. We go to Olive Garden about 4 or 5 times a month. We will not go to any other location. This is the best out of all the others that we have tried. Service is always great. This location is consistent with great service and great food.

Jessica was so attentive. Great prompt service. Answered all my questions and very courteous. Friendly and professional personality. The vegetable soup was hot and delicious. The house dressing is great over the salad. Although a very busy evening, Jessica kept checking on my table.

Italian food are one of my favorite food, but at this Olive Garden, it wasnt the very best. The bread was dry & too salty. Their food was okay. It didnt have that Italian flavor. Overall, it was bland. The only good thing personally for me was the service, decor, & well clean.

Long wait, old carpet, musty smell. The waitress got several little things wrong. Wrong drink, forgot our order, wrong side on the entree. My husbands steak was suppose to be medium rare and it wasnt cooked evenly. Part of it was medium rare and part of it was rare.
