I know that the franchise as a whole has been doing everything they can to update their image and they have been doing a great job. This is hard for me to accept I must say that this location store number 13 in Mesquite has shown me and my family signs of discrimination. I have a mixed family and our two boys had gotten hired at this location in the summer ,at first they assigned 20 hours to one of our boys and they would rarely schedule our other boy, and tell him to call the manager and ask if hes on the schedule then they stopped scheduling them,from what I observed most of their staff is Hispanic .Recently my nephew (hispanic) & one of our boys got re-hired and again the same pattern,they have been giving more hours to my nephew and rarely scheduling our boy (African American) their excuse is that our boy is new,but like I mentioned they both got hired on the same day and my nephew had been scheduled to work almost 32hours vs our boy less than 20hours. There is only 3-4 African Americans employed and they all get very little hours,the other day my boy was schedule to work 4hours and they only let him work 1 hour and Mary (Maria) the shift manager sent him home. Corporate really needs to look into this situation, I am very disappointed the way things are being handled. There is so much racial profiling and many other racial issues going on in the world and we need to put a halt to this, our boys feel that they are being given less hours for the color of their skin,it makes me really sad since I my self am Hispanic and my wife is African American , but right is right and wrong is wrong and they are being very wrong right now. Please please Corporate look into this, I am sure that all Your investors and partners would agree that this is not good for business. We will be happy to sit down for discussion and to find the appropriate solution or correction. Lets prove to our kids that if we come together to discuss the issues We as a society and neighbors can still come to mutual understanding.

Came with my two kids looking forward to a good lunch. I ordered spinach pineapple ham pizza, they bring me a. Jalapeño spinach. Pizza....I tell the guy in charge wrong pizza could you please bring me a spinach pineapple ham pizza and never got it till we were ready to leave so I am very upset by that time, I approach someone whom I thought was a manager and explain to him that I didnt appreciate that his workers couldnt get what I ordered and employees seemed to not even care. And owner started to raise his voice to me and just said I can just put it in a box for you and you can just eat it for breakfast and seemed to not care...he was a very rude and sarcastic type of person and very unprofessional....he was literally yelling at me and seemed to not care at all about customer satisfaction. ...All I wanted was a sincere apology and for owner to atleast get employees attention so they can pay more attention and get customers pizza out on time before they ruin someones meal....I mean thanks to us customers you have a business going and from that business he pays his bills and gets fed...That experience I had at Cicis on. E. Davis St. In Mesquite really disappointed me starting from employee who seemed to not care he never brought my pizza I asked for to manager who was very rude and sarcastic towards me and seemed to not care about customer satisfaction at all. That is so sad that this experience has made me not want to come eat there anymore. And I will make sure I report this to someone else above the owner.

My husband and I went on a Sunday to this Cicis for the first time and our experience was horrible. We didnt even eat good and besides that there was not enough choices of pizza. Multiple people were waiting in line just so someone can take out a pizza the strip was empty and the only pizzas they had was either cheese or not very appetizing. We didnt even get pasta because there wasnt any. We had to wait and just keep on looking to see what they will bring up some more. And the cinnamon rolls were cold , we will definitely not be going back to this location.

We were at this CiCis today and everything was nice when we walked in. The pizzas were hot, great, and delicious! But..thats when I found a hair in one of my cheesebreads. I pointed it out to my cousins but we didnt make a big deal out of it. Then my cousin was eating pasta with marinia sauce and her mom saw something black with wings and it was a bug! We all decided not to eat here and we pointed it out to the manager and got our money back!So I will never come back to this place again.

Worst cicis Ive ever been to. There were hardly any pizzas on the buffet and when there were any, they were disgusting. There were no deserts for 20 minutes and when they finally got some up there it disappeared in seconds. The people making the food had no gloves touching everything. They were handling the food in the back like it was nothing and we were very dissatisfied. The place was filthy. It seemed like nothing had been wiped down all day. Never going back there again.

As far as cicis go... Ive been to several in the dfw area. This one in mesquite by far has been in the worst shape. The customer service was meteoker. The display of product was sloppy and unattended. No ice in a dirtyice machine. Overflowing with spilled ice. Insufficient utensils. Took 37 mins for a ten piece wing ordered upon paying for our 5 buffets and drinks. Not to mention all the tables around us had the chairs put up and trash from under them swept in our direction.

Very bad experience here the restraunt was litterd so bad you couldnt even find a place to sit and eat every table was either dirty or needed wiping the floor had spilled drinks on it the buffet sucked no fresh pizza all old stuff I had to tell someone to come clean a table for me to sit and they wernt even busy I over heard someone talking to the management about the mens restroom of how bad it was sorry but I didnt visit it to see how bad it was

This cicis pizza is a mess, trash everywhere, dirty floor, a chair holding the door, the a/c not working properly, and the cashier didnt say "Hello, thanks or welcome to Cicis pizza". I asked the buzzer to take our dirty plates from our table and he didnt say a word like "ok, got it, thank you or youre welcome" after me saying thank you. "Bad service, terrible customer service".

The food is great...staff needs to have hair tied up and laced with hair nets....some employees dig in their noses and not wash their hands. Hair was found in my husbands food...manager gave the money back and allow to eat free....it stinks in the inside...I hate the new flat bread pizza ...they need to mop the ENTIRE store with BLEACH!!! will not be back to this location!!!!!
