Food is always great, no issue there! Last customer service experience sucked. Joyclyn (thats what the receipt says) was the cashier, I advised her that the soap was out in the restroom and she rolled her eyes at me and said ok. I got back in line, about 3 people ahead of me. When I got to the front to pay I asked her as nicely as I could if she knew when the soap would be changed because I needed to wash my hands, she again rolled her eyes and told another employee who very kindly said she would be right back as she changed it. Eye rolls and rudeness is a big pet peeve and doesnt belong in the customer service industry, if u hate ur job that much then quit. Makes me not want to return to this boston market.

I was sick and sent my friend to get me some soup and a pot pie. The chicken soup only had 1 piece of chicken in the bowl. The pot pie was dead, dry and old. The air head Manager that I talked to, told me it would be a waste of my time if I call Corp office. He wanted to replace the food or give me my money back. What he calls a quick fix. That STUPID, food should have been right at the time my friend order and paid. They pissed me off some years back for this same Stupid Dumbass Retarded Foolishness, wanting to give you free food for their screwups. Why cant the food be on point at the time you order and pay for it. Thanks but no Thanks, I dont do SPIT or BOGUERS!

Usually theyre very friendly here but today not so sure what happened. I asked them if i could just get the chicken breast sliced without the bone n she just roled her eyes at me and told the lady behind her to cuT her a breast. The lady in the back literally just cut the chixken breast off and slammed it on my plate. Even when the cashier when to get my plate she said "what is this!?" and laughed. Customer service needs a big improvement

We went to his location for the first time ever yesterday and (three of us) do not know what the big hype is about. The food tasted terrible and I guess no one cooks or bakes anymore then I guess this type of food is acceptable to ones who dont know that food is supposed to taste good. We will not be back I can guarantee that.

This place is great when all-else fails. The service is pretty quick(Btwn 3and7pm) and the food is always consistant. Meatloaf and chicken is firm yet flavorful and tasty. The cornbread is the best within a 3mile radius. This food is worthy of the gas I burn to get there. **The Thanksgiving Day package is Excellent!
