In a hurry and want a chicken dinner? This Boston Market is both convenient and serves fresh food. If you like creamed spinach, they have one that is a tasty side. The green beans have always been snappy and flavorful. The 6 year old loves the Chicken Pot Pie, especially the crust (this is a kid who doesnt even like toast cause its too crunchy). Along with all the above, they try to be salt conscious. There are no salt shakers on the tables. They believe there is enough in the dishes as prepared. Since the American Heart Association recommends a daily allowance of 1,500 mgs., this somewhat small effort to curb consumption is a good start. So if your in a hurry this could be an answer for dinner or lunch.

Service: 2 stars. 1st drive thru not currently using speaker. So it is probably best to go inside for now. 2nd No rolls. 3rd No receipt. And, 4th guy that took the order at the window neglected to get my gallon of tea while the other person was getting the food prepared. Probably spent 30 min and 1 car back before non-working speaker. Value 3 stars to braised pork and white meat rotisserie chicken meals plus a gallon of tea and the meals were buy one get one free, thankfully, it was around $16. I am sure the food will be good and wholesome. Saving it for tomorrow. Guesstimating it to be 3.5 to 4 stars.

The cleanliness is awful. I hope the owner of the franchise sees this message and improves the maintenance. Dust on the walls, mold on the floors, cold food, dirty kitchen, sticky soda, torn seats and booths, and a machine that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. I would recommend seeing the Boston Market on 15th Street and Alma( near st.mark catholic school) it has amazing service, good and hot food and very clean.Please and Thank You.

This damn place is incompetent. They ALWAYS forget something. ALWAYS. MAYBE Its the cornbread. This time it was the gravy. Or if you preorder online, they have no record of it. They leave the skin on when you request skinless. Seriously? Its not rocket science, guys. If you have trouble reading this, have a grownup sound out the big words...

Whilst not the best Boston market I have been in, the food is good and the place is clean. It is also one of the few in the area that still remains after the great Boston market uprooting a few years ago, much to my chagrin. Id rather have one more Boston market and Agee less McDonalds, thank you very much.

Stood for five minutes waiting to be served. I was the only one in line while three employees tried to check out two people. The manager came from the back with his ear buds in and tried to help. Did figure my wait was going to get any shorter so I left. Disappointed.

Food tasted great...not much of a menu. Service was great, they took my food to the table for me and cleaned it up as I stood up to leave. The manager even asked me how my meal was when I left. I dont know if this is standard for BM but I liked it.

New manager has restaurant running like a finely tuned machine. Always fast and friendly, tables and dining area are SPOTLESS every time we come in, even in Sunday when its busy after church. Kudos to the turnaround!

Definitely a veteran of dining here with my family. Food is typically hot and fresh. There have been exceptions though... Lots of management and staff changes over the years which is never a plus. Great location.
