Wow! Can anyone say OVERRATED? I cant believe this place is so busy. Their burgers are nasty. Menu selection is non-existent. How can you have a burger chain that doesnt serve onion rings? Youve got to be kidding me. People either go here because its trendy or because they have no idea what real burgers should taste like. Doesnt speak very well for Texans who should know good burgers. And with so many great places to get one, why go here? Plus their prices are absurd. I swear everytime I eat at a restaurant chain based in CA, the food is dismal. Save yourself some money and get a real deal Texas quality burger from Griffs, Scotty Ps nearby or Dels in downtown Richardson. Now those are real burgers! Staw away from this California junk. Do I have anything positive to say? Yes. Their staff is very friendly but they are Texans so that makes sense.

In-n-Out is awesome but we didnt have a great experience here. We took an athletic team after an event, and even submitted our orders in advance. The first few were ready on time, but then it took another 35 minutes to fill the rest of the orders. In the meantime, about 20 or 30 people came through in line behind us and got their orders within 5 minutes. I would have been happy were I those folks, but they put ours off and it affected our timing for our long drive back home. Food was decent as always, and employees were mostly nice. Large groups at In-N-Out are rare but this was our experience.

I use to live in San Diego so, I KNOW In-and-Out Burger. My husband and I were very disappointed in this location. We have tried the one up in Allen, TX and it was great, but this one was the worst In-and-Out Burger Ive ever had. There was hardly any sauce on the burger, it was over loaded with yellow hard bits from the bottom of a lettuce head, and the fries were soggy and had NO salt on them what so ever. We plan to try it again once they have been open for awhile to see if they have gotten any better.

Double Double Protein Style Burger was delicious, great service, great atmosphere even though it was around midnight. Nice place to eat with friends and family, friendly staff made the experience better. Definitely coming back here more often, as a matter of fact after I finished my meal I ordered another burger, ddps, and a strawberry shake for my dad, his favorite flavor shake, so he could taste the deliciousness that I felt as well.

Food was OK but doesnt reach the standard of the food at the ones in California or Arizona for some reason. The place was full of teens with a terrible idea of what respect is that were throwing things and cussing up a storm. I love in-n-out, I grew up on it, I love that it is a Christian run company and that they were keeping it in CA for so long but I think they over extended themselves with adding Texas.

Not for me. I know people were super excited when these came to town and lines were down the road. I did not like them. My biggest problem is with the fries, I just cant stand them. I dont know what it is about them, they just taste like cardboard to me. I dont mind the shakes or burgers, but the fries ruin it for me.

Its a fast food joint and make no mistake about it. But considering places like McDonalds or jack in the box, this is far better in terms of service and quality. If you dont like your fries to be soft, ask for well done fries. Personally I always get a double-double animal style burger and well done fries.

If youve been to an In-N-Out in California, you wont be disappointed but this one is a little slower and theyre a little skimpy with the onions LOL. I order a lot from the "secret" menu and have never been disappointed. Easy to get to and the staff is super friendly.

My first time eating at In-N-Out wasnt the best experience. The patty meat was reddish pink and according to an employee, it was normal.. I took his word for it and sure enough I ended up with an upset stomach. I honestly wouldnt opt for In-N-Out again.

This place should have stayed in Cali. Whataburger in Texas. Bun is like a spunge and they put thousand island dressing on thier burger. WTH. Fries are undercooked and under seasoned. Use salt people. Not sure what the hype was all about!

Burgers and fries are always so fresh. Perfect size so not to overindulge and the price is good. Love that there are only a couple choices to choose from, makes ordering much easier and less time pondering what youre going to have.

Great staff, great food. This store could improve on keeping the store and bathrooms cleaner. Being from California I know In & Out quality and this store is great but slipping on appearance. Close but sorry no 5 star.

A great burger that doesnt leave you regretting eating it, decently fast drive thru. Ive had some slow waits inside. The restaurant looks really nice outside and is a convenient location for dinner easy meal.

Overall I had a pretty descent experience at this fast-food restaurant. The food tasted great and the line was short. If I had to make an issue at all it would be that the inside is a little dirty.

Excellent Gluten Free Options! I have never had any reaction to the fries or the burger done "protein style". So they just take the burger and wrap it in lettuce cups instead of bread.

In n out is constant with their food. The quality is the same as in Cali. Try chopped chillies on your burger. Animal style is the way to go. The employees are always friendly.

Burger was really good, shake decent, fries cold and not cooked all the way for everyone. Rachel took our order and had an amazing smile and helped fix our order immediately. =)

I missed this burger stop when I left California and was happy to see them come to the Lone Star. The food is inexpensive yet tastey, plus the service is always exceptional.

Its a fast food burger. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Service can be somewhat slow. It is, however, made up for by the quality of the burger... for fast food.

Great burgers, Great Price. Wonderful staff and who doesnt love the taste of California? Dont forgot to ask for grilled onions on your burger or a Neapolitan shake.

I tried it for the first time today and its automatically in my top 13 of favorite burger places. This places burgers are Mexican-inspired. It was real good.

ordered two double meat hamburgers to go with dressing on the top bun rather than the bottom. burgers came with dressing on both buns which were soaking wet.
