I ordered my meal through drive thru. They put fresh fries on the top of the container, the bottom fries were so old, I literally spit them out. I arrived to my destination called three times before they even picked up the phone only for them to hang up. I continued to call to more times and got a busy signal. They must have left the phone off the hook so they dont receive any phone calls. There were no vehicles on the drive through when I went by and no customers inside either. Its the reason I stopped. I waited a couple of minutes waiting for my order and still received old fries in my order.

This place is the friendliest, clean and appealing food of a Jack In The Box I have experienced. I believe the owner manages the store personally. Im a very picky person but when praise needs is to be given, I do it and this place well deserves it. They also tend to walk your order to your table. We come hrre often and they are consistently the best. Thank you for your consistent great job you do. City Health Department gave grade of 90 good but theres always room for improvement.

My boyfriend went to get himself and i some food after a loong day and some dumbass worker called my boyfriend a stoner, um no he was working all day do your job properly. he even blamed him for not saying he wanted all regular fries, the guy working there raised his voice saying "why didnt you say you wanted just regular fries. we go there all the time but thats bs. jack in the box needs to work on there emplyment because this service is unexceptable.

Go eat there now. This is my favorite fast food in the world and this location is easily on of the best I have had the pleasure of eating at. Everything was hot, fresh, crispy, and amazing.
