Management needs to get a better handle on the employees at this location. We stopped by for dinner today and one of the employees was using the playplace as his own personal daycare center and not watching his boys. At least 2 of the 3 boys looked too old to be there in the first place. They were running around and playing tag, running into the smaller kids over and over along the way. They were going down the up side of the playplace as fast as they could and one of them kicked my daughter in the face as she was climbing up. They were racing up the slide when they knew other kids were coming down and they would also hide on both sides of the bottom of the slide to scare smaller kids coming down. I complained to the manager and the father came and told them to be good. As soon as he was back in the kitchen they were at it again. Another mom (who also had smaller kids playing) asked them to stop and they wouldnt. I had to yell at them to stop just so my kids would have a safe place to play. THIS IS NOT OKAY!

That female on that picture behind the counter always has a bad attitude every time I go visit that store theres always a problem with her today was it for me I went in the store no greeting cool its not that big of a deal then she gives me a head gesture like trying to say "what" so I give her my order and then she gets my food and says "ay ta" and throws my bag in the counter "ay ta" meaning "there" in Spanish I was very confused as to why she had to do all of that when I was nothing but nice but its that specific Pearson always giving me bad services there I did contact corporate and they will be doing further actions I hope she learns her lesson and if she didnt like working where you have to treat customers right cause thats mainly what you get paid for to serve us then just dont work their point blank period.

ive been going to the same place for over 9 years just recently around the 23rd of november 2014 my mom forgot her purse their when she asked for the purse back 11 minutes later they said they didnt know about it. my fian went and asked about the purse and a staff member said they had turned it in and it was given to another person 1 HOUR LATER! on nov 24th my fian went with my aunt to ask about the bag along with and asked the cops to see what they can do about the matter the manager was very supportive. soon after the staff threatened my fian and wanted to fight her shes 6 months already and is very noticable not only that but the staff was very disrepectful i wont eat their again and dont recomend any one do either

They were extremely rude. Nobody knew how to use their own Burger King app and when I came back in the store the lady, Delilah, put her hand out at me and went to do everything else. I waited 10 minutes until she decided to get to the register so I could get her store number and the customer seevice person I was on the phone with hung up. It was really ridiculous. I dont understand how your company doesnt know how to use the company app. I will not be going back to Burger King at all and would not recommend anyone to buy anything from their.

instead of standing around talking how about you do your job. how hard is it to NOT put something on a chicken sandwich thats supposed to be plain? it takes more effort to put everything on it. what the heck! and on the second sandwich which was supposed to be plain too, theres mayo all over it that has been smeared in attempt to wipe it off. so now Ive wasted $ on something nobody in the house will eat. wow. and the phone number doesnt even work to call them.

It used to be good, lately they been slow and they make you wait before u order, the lady that was suppose to take my order was just standing and walking aroud, I ordered a whooper they said that there were no whoopers at that time, Im like "what no whooper its supposed to be home of the whooper and no whoopers" lady just mugged me, I ordered the new chicken sandwich and it was so small like a whooper jr. Man, get it together.

They are very rude we were in the drive thru and they gave us our order wron plus we saw that when we were almost home so we went back and got it fixed but the manager said that we werent going to died if we got it wrong our order plus we paid to get something we wanted and they dont do anything right there is always a mistake i will never come back dont recomend it to anybody please dont go there

The food is ok, but they get something wrong every time, last order looked like it was stepped on and double burgers only had condiments applied on one side. Ive had wrong burgers, food improperly created, just a fail of some sort or another every single time. Statistically they should have gotten one order through in the last 3 years at least one time without some kind if error, but nope.

rude threw the drive thur and the guy at the window acts like a dumbass!!throws the food on my door window and tells us god bless you.Also out of sauces.this place is a joke.we stopped going there when they gave us wrong drink and was going to give it to another customer and we had took a drink out of it.that was nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They dont speak English and then when they finally understand your order they ask you to wait at first window before moving or go around to other side of building to wait for food.....why ? Well because there trying to make there service seem faster than what it really is on the books.....this place is always a disappointment!

Food is great but there is a manager named dalila who treats her staff like dogs and wants to also get attitudes with customers i have witnessed this a couple of times even with a new staff member today this lady doesnt deserve that job being sarcastic all the time just because she is on top of evryone
