So tonight.. we had the worst service we have EVER had.. when our food comes to the table my friends food was cold and she ask them to please remake her food and the waitress tell her that they are busy and then takes my friends and 2 minutes later bring the exact same food out that she had sent back so what they had done was heated her food up in the microwave...our hash browns were not cooked the way we had ordered them plus they were just thrown on our plates plus my mothers eggs were not cooked right.. plus on top of that one of the kids ordered a create a face pan cake off the kids menu and when it came out it had black bananas on it.. yeah thats nasty... and the other kids had the chocolate pancake of the kids menu and that one was just fine!! We are not ever going there again... thats not the worst part..... get ready.... my friend took her little girl to that restroom and one of the staff members was in there and left the restroom without washing her hands!!! Yap... no soap, no water, just unwashed hands after using the restroom!!! We will NOT be going back there EVER and I mean EVER again!!!

I called to place a to-go order & no one answer. When in the place , the manager did not even know the menu & i had to point out every single thing because she kept on saying they did not have them on the menu. Come on it was "chicken & waffles" on top of that some of the worker where right in the door smoking cigarrets & the big white lady with her stomach dragging all the way to the floor. Apperantly the table cleaner had her rag all on her nasty hair & was getting ready to go clean tables with it. On top of that her hair was down . & last but not least she even walked into the kitchen . sorry but we couldnt even eat our food after seeing all this. & to finish off we got a fantastic goodbye by them talking ,pointing & even fat lady sticking her toung out at us. Really wished the owner could of been there to put complain beacuse the manager did nothing to address this issues. As i just explain the good bye we got instead.

2nd time here in the past year at the same iHop location. Different people, same experience. Great service by the staff to get you seated quickly and ordered. Food comes cold and not enough on the plate for the money. Had a chicken dish that was on potatoes. The potatoes were sparsely strung out across the plate to make it look full. The chicken breast was skinny (almost as if it was cut in half to make 2 out of 1), and small. Only got 5 bites out of it and I dont take large bites. Jack cheese on top of chicken was obviously a sliced jack as it was still cold and just a slab over the chicken. Over all, the plate costs $9.99, but I would rate the value at more like $4.00 for the small quantity of food and the quality of the food. AND, I had to ask the waitress for the garlic bread that was supposed to come with the meal. But hey, we all make mistakes.

We were a party of 7 on a Tuesday night, it wasnt so packed. Our server was Lucrucia or Lacracia, first experience with her 3 weeks ago was great, we loved her. We went last night again and she was our waiter again and it seemed she bearly wanted to be our waitress. One of our orders was wrong, it wasnt what we ordered. The only times she would come to our table was to take our order and drop off our food and drinks and pretty much it. No "Is everything ok?" "Can I get you anything else?" We were left forgotten up until she dropped off our checks. Lol, if you ask me, she didnt deserve that $3 gratuity tip placed on our check. She need to come back to work ready to work and leave the attitude at home.

I have been disappointed with this Ihop about 2 times maybe. Ive been a gabillion times. Their food is GREAT! They do take a while sometimes, but their food cant be beat by any other Ihop. I honestly dont know why they have low ratings, but I always look at who rates them. Not everyone knows what good food is and thats not okay when it comes to reviews. Please dont listen to other people reviewing this restaurant, their food is extra delicious. The service is slow at times, but thats when they are packed. They have been having the same waiters and waitresses for years.....that speaks volumes for me. Let me stop talking, gone and order some pancakes that will float off your plate.....you deserve it.

Will never spend my money at this IHOP again. First... they only take small togo orders over the phone. Second... they no longer take orders over the phone tells me you have to come in. Then... I drive to the Ihop go in to order and host at the register ask if I was making a order togo... I say yes....then she say we not suppose to take togo orders because the kitchen is backed up... im sorry but Thats what comes with having a restaurant. They rather lose money and customers because they cant handle a busy day!!! I just walked out...will not be returning!!

The waitress was already overwhelmed when the (17 year old?) manager continue to seat more customers and we had already been sitting for what seemed to be an eternity. We tried three times to get the young managers attention when she turned abruptly & sarcastical and said "Sup?". I told my daughter that because of this young ladies attitude, she should speak to the older lady at the front. When she went to speak to the her the younger lady said she was the manager and the owners granddaughter and my daughter can f##k off. We left of course.

Absolutely the worst customer service I came in to place a to go order since they dont answer the phones the women instead of greeting me tells me she cant make my food because the kitchen staff is short like okay how is that my problem your going to tell that to the people sitting down to eat their the same. Then am telling her what I want for the first plate and she jumps to my total not asking me would that be all. She was busy textinv on her phone instead of paying attention to what I was saying never coming back to this place.

Ok... Not great, just ok. Service was on the poor side of average, they changed the menu, so my wifes favorite item was not as good, the staff were loudly arguring about what the thermostat should be set to in front of us and they screwed up my check. I had to tell them it was double what it was supposed to be. I will give them credit that the girl in charge did work on it until it was fixed (or it would be 0 stars), but they didnt even offer a discount for the errors. Next time we want IHOP, well try another location...

They never answer the phone! Its so annoying because I went in there calling and the lady would only look at the phone and ignore it, I decided to stop calling and just order there since I realized they werent gonna pick up the phone and I was inside there already. Minutes later the phone started ringing and the lady picks up!!!!!!! Its ridiculous, I almost threw the soup on her face cuz thats just so pathetic! How are you gonna answer the phone whenever you please to..??? Thats not what your getting paid for!
