Avoid this particular one, prices are sky high!! I work in this area and this location has increased its prices sometime recently. most menu items are now around $3 more than all other Whataburgers. Example: A #2 with cheese is $8.34! A triple is $11.69?! This is just the burgers, no fry no drink no special toppings! The manager stated they up-charge because of the Airport and while this location is near the Airport its not IN THE AIRPORT. Its off a major highway and cross street outside airport property next to hotels and a gas station. Im a huge fan of Whataburger but I was extremely surprised that the franchise allows this and I wanted to voice my concerns. 25 or 50 cents, I wouldnt complain. But 3 dollars for each meal item more? Really? Thats just taking advantage of people, IMO. - LOVE Whataburger. But not this location.

Pulled up to the drive thru to order. The lady got the order wrong twice so In stead of fussing we pulled to the window for clarification. She doesnt even say hello she just insinuates that she got the order right. Wrong again then is rude when given the correct order for the 3rd time then she tried to close the window as we were giving the order. No manners at all, untrained, unfriendly. All I wanted was a chicken strip kids meal with honey mustard??? We asked for a manager that fixed the situation.#unnecessary

All i can say is the ladies that work there DO NOT know customer service! I ordered a meal and additional coffee, i ask for a holder and the lady says Ugh...then i ask for her to put in a bag and in Spanish she says AY Señora (Oh LADY)...then they tell me I HAVE to move forward, uhm no i DO NOT HAVE to! You can ask me to move forward but not demand me.Sorry if other people have to wait in line but its not my fault the people at this Whataburger move slow.

Ive waited several years to finally try Whataburger... it was everything Id ever hoped for!! The shakes were delicious, the burger on point, and the BBQ chicken strip sandwich was amazing! I was unaware that the onion rings were the "go-to" here when I ordered, I got the fries (still delicious), so, I feel like I need to go back for another round next time Im in TX just to try the onion rings. Please open a restaurant in KC!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I had to explain my order 3 times and they were still asking for clarification at the window then when I looked at my food they didnt even give me what I ordered. they gave me a kids Whataburger but charged me for the regular meal. nothing I ordered was right. save yourself some pissed off disappointment or be prepared to take your food back so they can get it right

The most consistently delicious whataburger Ive ever been to. Fast, quick, tasty, and most importantly FRESH. You seriously wouldnt expect it, as it is connected to a gas station, but they make great food here. The inside leaves a bit more to be desired for, but really who cares?. I go out of my way (20 minutes) at least once a week to eat here. A+++

This is a nice restaurant. However, what really keeps me coming back is the amazing customer service. Im not quite sure about all of the associates, but Breanna is definitely pleasant and always offers an amazing smile every single visit. Consistently great customer service speaks volumes. Breanna deserves to be commended for her efforts.

Sometimes the items we ordered were made too fast and fell apart once you pulled them out of the paper. Also, the staff during late/early hours (2-5AM) could be a hit-or-miss with attitude and professionalism. Thats the fast food business I guess.

For being a fast food joint, I was impressed. Everything was fresh, including the salad which is always a gamble at a fast food place. Friendly staff. It is attached to a gas station so dont expect great ambiance, but I was happy with the food.

Every time I come here and Paul z is working sort of makes my day at work a little better. Hes such a nice guy and knows his customers. I personally think he should be promoted to store manager of he isnt already.

Once again, extremely poor customer service, or even basic people skills at the drive-thru! The girl at the drive-thru was just plain rude! Tried to speak to manager, but manager was even worse. Unbelievable.
