Terrible service. The staff of two could barely keep up and they werent that busy. Finally, a third staff member arrived with food for all of them from some other restaurant. They all disappeared to the back. There were three of us waiting for our orders to be ready. One of the employees did come to the front to take an order after a new customer showed up and waited 5 minutes after coming in. While the customer was trying to order she was interrupted by the employee that brought the food yelling up to the front "Did you finish your drink?" The employee at the register yelled back "No. Not yet." The customer waited a second and then continued her order. No apology, respect, or anything.

I went In last night and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas crazy bread and a 2 liter spent 20$ and get home and the crust is so dry and hard you couldnt even bite into it. I called them back and they said they would redo my order so I told them I would send my brother up there and they tried to make him pay for the pizza and so I called again and they said they would let me just come in and get the pizza to just tell them my name so I called about 10 minutes ago and they said they watched my brother walk out with the pizza so she cant fix my order when he didnt return with anything. So there is 20$ down the drain on horrible food. Will not be returning to this location.

If I could rate less I would!!! Horrible service, took forever and ended up getting my order wrong! I orders 3 pizzas. One cheese, one pepperoni and one sausage. It took so long I figured they had to have gotten it right. I get home and I have 3 pepperoni pizzas. I called and she blamed it on the fact that they were busy. Everyone else in there was complaining about how long it was taking. Never going back again. Id rather drive further just for my correct order.

So today I walked in to this location and was not acknowledge at all for at least 5 mins. I tried calling in my order however the number online for this location only had music. When I asked the Young man at the register for their number he said he didnt know it. People came in after me and no one got greeted as well. Maybe the employees were all having a bad day. Not sure but what I am sure of is this was my first and last visit here.

Quick & cheap pizza, but your experience will be FAR better if you call in what kind of pizza you would like in advance. Ive been in the same spot as others where Im going there to get a HOT-N-READY pizza and I get the, "It will be ready in 15 minutes" dialog. But calling in when Im about 10 minutes away almost always guarantees an available pizza to pick up.

I wish there was an option of zero star. Terrible service. Especially the hispanic employee at the register. Doesnt know how to talk to a customer. Never pick the calls either. Theyre serving as if theyre doing some favor fpr the customer by setving them. Wouldnt recommend it to any prudent pizza lover who wnats some good service.

Never go here, their hot-n-ready are never hot-n-ready, you will wait 15 minutes for a deep deep dish that is just a square pizza. No crunchy corners or crunchy cheesy anything. Oh and the ladies were extremely rude, i know you only have 2 hands little lady but you still should be able to do your job with your 2 hands.

I cant believe the terrible service Ive experienced at this building. They turned off their ringer so they didnt answer any of my calls before i got in the building, and I was in a rush. I got there an spoke to them about it but they didnt care or anything, terrible experience, worst customer service.

by far the worst service I have ever had in any kind of a eating establishment in my 78 years while I was there they was running off customers as fast as they would come through the door. there are a lot of other pizza places and I would certainly not recommend little caesars for anything

The customer service is atrocious here! The cashier literally threw the pizza and bread sticks at my mom and than her along with a worker from the back tried to go over the counter to fight my 50 year old mother along with my pregnant sister. Those workers need to be fired!

Im always happy with the pizza and crazy bread thats hot and ready to go and I often order two or three toppings & they are always delicious. Im a frequent customer whos glad when I dont have to fix dinner and I know itll always be good.

This little Caesars purposely lowers their ringer so they dont have to pick up guests phone calls and take orders. How inconvenient and rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend you boycott this location.

They got my order right and i only had to wait 15 minutes for my hawiian with jalapenos, 3 meat with jalapenos, pepperoni and cheese. Lady was really nice and the place was clean. I would recommend this location.
