I started going to CiCis back in the very early 90s when their buffet was $2.99. I loved them and was a frequent diner. Everything was delicious. Over the years I have seen the prices go up (understandable) while the quality has gone down. This particular CiCis has gone to plastic ware instead of silverware, and the personal touch is something to be desired. They no longer have the condiments on the table, you have to get them by the drink station. They dont have anyone come by to take away the dirty stacks of plates. I reqested a deep/pan pizza (which I stressed several times). What I got was a flatbread crust. She said they didnt do personal pan pizza. So if a customer wants pan pizza and they feel they cant give it to them, flatbread crust is the reasonable substatute? SMH. I said at the other locations I would request pan, theyd asked how many slices Id like, theyd bring me those slices and the remainder would go on the buffet soon to disappear. Here they give you the extreme opposite of your request and gives you a buzzer that goes off when its ready for you to pick up. Less personal interaction on their part. But seriously, a place that has plastic ware, you have to hunt down salt, pepper and parmasian cheese, and no bus boy to take the towering stack of dirty plates away and they use a buzzer like at a fancier restaurant? Id rather have a buss boy than a buzzer. What made it so bad was I paid a higher price here than I did at any other location, did not get what I wanted and they had nothing in the line that I wanted or could eat. Everything had jalapenos, sausage and pepperoni which I cant eat without feeling like the fires of Hell is in my chest and throat. So I left a buffet hungry. Will not be going back to this location.

Ok, so I read the bad reviews and I thought to myself, "OK, its a Cicis. Maybe people are just being too harsh on an inexpensive pizza joint." This is the worst Cicis I have been to in my life. 1. No parmesean/pepper shakers. If you ask for it they will give you a few tiny packets from a cardboard box under the salad bar. All other Cicis have these. 2. All the tables were dirty. I was there for 30 minutes and the tables next to me were never cleaned. I wiped down a dirty table and sat there. A worker was standing around looking at the floor the whole time I was there. 3. Very little selection. Unless you ask for it, forget about them having mac and cheese, jalapeño and pepperoni, or even sausage pizza. If you ask for it they will make one in around 15 minutes...of course you are full by then. 4. When I took my daughter to the bathroom, they instantly threw everything on my table in the garbage including my paper drink cup. I know what you are thinking, but you said they never cleaned tables? They only threw everything away and left the rest of the sludge on the table. 5. Paper drink cups only, dont even think of drinking in a normal even plastic glass -- paper only...like McDonalds....every other Cicis has plastic cups. I guess they think it would be too much work to clean ANYTHING.

If I could give this and all of the NEW CICIS less than 1 star ..I would! About a month ago I was in the Hulen area and remembered cicis opening a new location, in my opinion new means cleaner and nicer and it was clean and nice as was this location but all of the pasta in both restaurants is overcooked, the only hand tossed pizza on the buffet was a pepperoni and an alfedo...the others at both locations were 2 flatbread and the 3 new stuffed crust pizza. FYI, I am comparing these locations to THE CLIFFORD location in WS. ALSO the brownies and cinnamon rolls are made with different recipes because my daughter said they taste like cardboard. Lettuce on salad bar was brown and at this location the manager was all dirty ...he looked like a mechanic instead. ..I will NEVER EVER EVER go to any cicis other than clifford street.

Walked in with kids for dinner on an early Saturday evening. You would think they would have their A-game working on a Saturday dinner shift. The place was filthy. There were whole pizza slices lying on the floor along with bits of paper and trash as though the place hadnt been walked all day. The majority of employees were standing around in the kitchen like they were on a smoke break. Restrooms were equally filthy; even my kids commented on it. The manager was apparently too intimidated to make anyone actually work. And their card machine was "broken" so the kid at the counter offered to write my card info down so they could charge me later. I had to turn that offer down and leave. I would not ever go back to that location and probably not going to patronize CiCis any longer. The K-Mart parking lot of pizza buffets.

Ancient, stale, dry pizza. Slimy, unwashed veg in the salad bar that made the wife literally gag and stop eating all together. Several empty pizza stations with staff standing around, showing absolutely no desire/ability to cook fresh iterations. Honestly, I have really low standards when I enter a Cicis. I know what Im getting into, and that is not a high brow, artisnal sort of deal. This Cicis set a whole new low bar though. The grossest and least positive dining experience Ive had in the state of Texas. Im positive theyd fail a health inspection (having spent years in the food service industry when younger). Dont waste your time. 100% do not recommend. I hope the management reads this, fires everyone, demolishes the structure and salts the earth. Salted earth would be a better use of the space.

I wouldnt even give them a star! Customer service was horrible, pizza was burnt and old, noodles were starchy and stuck together all mashed. When asked for a fresh pizza the girl behind bar was rude, the other girl started cleaning, placing chairs on table and basically shutting down seating so other customers could not come in, an hour before closing. Their soup had no noodles in it. The old, dry pizza on the bar was left up there with anything "fresh" they placed up there. Keep in mind it was dry and burnt. Also it was hot inside. 4 other families came in after us and were also upset.I believed that coming to this location the family would have a great experience but I prefer the location in north Richland hills off of rufe snow. There they have great customer service, fresh food and clean dinning.

Management is terrible or just doesnt care. Been here a handful of times. They Never have enough pizza in the buffet. I swear at any given time 80% of the pizzas out are just empty pans. And they dont bus the tables. Yesterday, every table was covered in grease and pizza crumbs. I had to go get the wash bucket (that was left out) and wipe my own table while holding my infant and trying to keep my toddlers out of trouble. While i am doing this there is an employee just watching me as they refill their soda and then she casually walks away. Wtf?!? Do your fing job! Just drive to the one in Hurst. At least they clean and have fresh pizza.
