Because zero was not an option! From the moment we sat down til the moment we decided to walk out both the service and the food was horribly uncouth! Four of us were seated along with a child, ordered drinks and an appetizer. We were given complimentary wine samples in filthy stained wine glasses. And Only after wed received our appetizer did we get our basket of bread. when it came to ordering our meals it seemed as though the waitress was hard of hearing due to the fact the child ordered fried mozzarella (an appetizer) as an entrée but came out with the salads which in turn one of us was left without a Caesar salad because the waitress brought out a big bowl of house for everyone to share. when addressed about these things the waitress then explains that she knew the app was an entrée but didnt know he wanted with everyone elses entrée and then also states that theres an up charge on a Caesar. Once our meals arrived to the table one plate of food was piping hot two were Luke warm and one was ice cold. The cold plate was sent back, remade, and returned Luke warm. After which we had asked for the manager just to explain to him about our poor experience there at his restaurant. The manager (name is Sergio) came out to listen to our complaints but acted as though he didnt have any time for the guests. As he swiftly cut off what we were trying to say stating "let me explain to you how our kitchen works, since youre telling me my kitchen is run incorrectly." Ive never heard a manager speak to a guest so ignorantly as he proceeded to refuse to give us the general managers name and begin to condescend us as we were walking out of his restaurant. We were more than willing to continue to eat and pay for our meal, even order dessert as well as giving our hard hearing waitress the minimal 10% to instill somewhat of a sense of respect that apparently the restaurant had lost with us...

They only got a one star because I cant give a zero! I was here for an early Mothers Day dinner gone awful wrong! There were only 5 in my party and one was a child! 3 meals came out cold and our child ordered a appetizer as a meal and this was all relayed during our order, it came out before all of our meals, we ordered one cr at salad and the rest house we never received our Cesar. We had other staff members from the kitchen brining out meals and walking around with it not knowing what table to go to as well as our wine glasses being filthy! When we asked for a manager to relay our concerns mind you we expected nothing in return just to let him (Sergio was the managers name) know what was happening in his restaurant we were told that we were wrong and he had his best staff helping us and basically yelled at us that his kitchen works fine and this is how things are done here, until we were so uncomfortable in this restaurant we stood up and left. It was completely unprofessional and the worst dining experience of my life! I would never recommend this restaurant they are rude and dont care about their food or their customers!

This pace was the lowlight of a great family evening. 4 of us ordered our entrees with the server at her first visit to the table. An hour later we had a grand total of 3 server visits in the hour and still no food. I have not ate at an OG in years but I dont remember any other OG location having this bad of service. We had our food boxed up and our "dine in" ended up being a carry out. We had been there way too long. HORRIBLE slow service. I was outside and witnessed other patrons leaving that were seated much later than us yet they were done dining before our cold meals even hit their to-go boxes. Maybe it is much easier for the staff to handle groups of 2 or less at this location. If you like helping keep seats warm for the next OG customer that may be lucky enough to get their meal this is your spot. *The manager said she would be bringing the boxed meals to our table personally and giving an explanation....we never saw hide nor hair of her again. Even getting our boxed up meals and ticket was hysterically slow.

Service is the best, id give 4 stars just for that.Very attentive. Its the Food that doesnt score as high. not bad not amazing, it is Chain style italian, the salads are famous but very acidic dressing so beware when pairing with an acidic soup, too much will hurt your stomache. If the dish is fried its very fried and sometimes too long. Calamari is overcooked typically and the aoili dipping sauce is very heavy and oily, lemon juoce would break it up and add more brightness and acid to the fried upon fatty flavor profile. Pastas are great, the build your own option is genius and is executed correctly. Very thoughtful. The Variety of Dishes is good and corporate rotates some menu items. Lots of food portionwise. Good value. I know every item on the menu and go weekly with work for the last 2 years so i am more critical than a once in a while eater. So dont let it deter you, maybe avoid the fried calamari and chicken parm.

I have been going here for well over 15 years and I moved. Came back to what I thought would be a great visit and was treated like a second class citizen. Aside from being seated beside some tweens blasting YouTube videos for the entire section to enjoy, my waitress asked my guest Are you ready to pay yet?. I know what you might be thinking...i was there forever. NO! I hadnt even received my Buy One, Take One carry out dinner yet! This is the MOST rude thing Ive EVER experienced. To make matters worse, the GM wasnt there(hes awesome) so I attempted to express my concern to a Manager who couldnt care less about what a young-appearing woman was complaining about (I wont name names despite how poorly I was treated). Im very disappointed and will be sharing this with family and friends. I skipped Lobster Fest for subpar treatment.

Service was horrible. Went in to order to-go. Took 7 minutes before the bartender took my order. Told it would be 10-15 minutes told. After 25 minutes asked what was the delay, told he didnt know. Employees had time to do birthday celebration, take 2 to-do orders for people who came in after me, still no food. Now angry cant even get bartender attention had to get the front girl receptionist to check on my order. Took my receipt tore the section that had the tip off. Son came in to see if I died or something. Got the food, the worst spinach artichoke dip, full of big chunks, asked for extra meat sauce they gave me the equivalent of a tablespoon extra. The lemon cake was so dry you couldnt eat ir. Will not come here to this location again. Giving me a gift card for 15 does not even come close to making this right.

I started working here in June 2017. Been there for 2 weeks as a line cook. I ended up with a stomach virus throwing up and diarrhea. So like a good person I tried to call in sick 2 hours before my shift started. I got told we need you to come in by one manager. I explained again Im sick I dont want to get anyone else sick including customers. All the kids menu and appetizers I make. I was told call back when the night manager came on. So I did. The night manager again told me we need you and do the right thing. So this is the right thing. Do not eat here. A employer that wants their employees to still make food when sick isnt someone I would want to work for much least eat at. Hopefully everyone reads this and stops going to this olive garden. This is me doing the right thing.
