Weird service and poor quality food. We wont be back. First, our server brought a bottle of wine and said it was on the house, and would we like some? My husband said yes . . . and she proceeded to pour about 2 spoonfuls into his wine glass. It was the amount a wine steward will pour into your glass for you to sample and approve, before pouring the full glass. My husband did sample it, and when she asked if he would like a glass, he asked again, "There is no charge?" and she said YES. My son and I ordered italian soda, his with cream. When they arrived, the sodas had too much ice and were immediately too watered down. My sons soda was strangely not sweet. I told the server to take it away because it was not mixed properly. I said mine was fine. She said, "He mixed both of them the same." What does that mean? His drink was not drinkable. But, she did get him another soda, like mine and without cream. When this one came, it was twice as dark in color as mine - clearly probably mixed as it SHOULD be. There was just not enough syrup in the original sodas. The bread sticks were almost bland - little of their once-famous garlicky taste. Lastly, our food was very average. My son liked his mushroom ravioli, and my husbands spicy shrimp was okay. But my eggplant parmagiana was disappointing - Im no cook, and Ive made better, the few times Ive made it. :) It was soggy and bland, as if it had been pre-cooked, then reheated. The lemon cream cake was a good dessert. But the icing on this messy cake was the bill: when it came, they DID charge for the wine. Turns out, only the initial sample is free. I cannot imagine how we could have been more careful in asking that question, and how the server could have been more clear in answering "yes." But the answer wasnt yes. I started complaining (after the server left), but she knew we were disappointed with our bill and sent the manager, who offered to remove the charge. That is a good approach and I commend her, but at that point, between weak and poorly-mixed sodas, average food, bland breadsticks, and not-free wine . . . I was just done. The overall feel was one of cutting corners and being cheap. I just dont care to frequent Olive Garden again.

TODAY SUNDAY 6/21/2015, FATHERS DAY I WENT TO PICK UP ORDER MY WIFE PLACED ONLINE - TOTAL CHARGED $60.06 FOR 3 ENTREES, 3 SOUP, 1 APP, 1 DESSERT, WITH 6 BREADSTICKS. ORDER WAS SAID TO BE READY BY 1:10PM. I, A FATHER, WENT IN EARLY AT AROUND 12:55PM, I ASK FOR EXTRA BREADSTICKS FOR MY ORDERS, AND THEY SAY SAY IT WILL BE READY IN A WHILE. SO ME BEING HUNGRY ALREADY AND I KNOW I WAS THERE EARLY ANYWAYS, SO I SAT AT THE BAR AND ORDER ADDITIONAL APPETIZER TO EAT FIRST PLUS A TALL BEER TO GO WITH WHILE WAITING, END UP TAB AT THE THE BAR TOTAL WAS $20. SO WHEN OUR TOGO ORDER CAME OUT LATE AT AROUND 1:20PM, THE SERVICE KID SAID "OK HERE YOU GO, ORDER WAS PAID FOR ONLINE, SO THATLL BE $5.95 THEN". HE SAID THAT IS FOR ADDITIONAL BREADSTICKS I WANTED...WHICH I AM UPSET ABOUT, BUT MOST FURIOUS AT THE MANAGER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO LEAVE THIS CUSTOMER DISAPPOINTED WITH OLIVE AND NEVER WANTING TO GO BACK! 1) WHEN I CAME TO ASK FOR IF CAN HAVE SOME EXTRA BREADS TO GO WITH OUR ORDER - I AND ALL CUSTOMER WOULD EXPECT TO BE INFORMED IF THAT IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR ANYTHING. 2) THE SERVICE LATE AND NOT DELIVER THE FOOD AS YOU STATED WITH 10 MINUTES LATE - WHILE SITTING AT THE BAR TO ORDER SOME FOOD TO EAT FIRST, SPENT $20, THEN THE BOY SERVER TO COME TELL ME THERES A CHARGE FOR THE BREAD AT THE END, HAVE NO SHAME ABOUT IT AND NOT EVEN A THANK YOU FOR ORDERING YOUR FOOD. OF COURSE I DID NOT WANT ANY ADDED BREADS. 3) BROUGHT THIS ISSUE UP TO THE MANAGER THERE, HIS ONE RESPONSE WAS "OH, I THOUGHT THIS WAS AN ONLINE ORDER." THATS IS...DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANY EMPATHY OF THE FRUSTRATION ABOUT THE SITUATION. NO APOLOGIES FOR MIS-INFORMING ABOUT BREADSTICK POLICY, NO THANK YOU, NOTHING! PLUS MEATS UNDER COOK-RAW. WE SPENT $60.06 ONLINE ORDER PLUS I SPENT ADDED $20 AT THE BAR WAITING FOR THEIR TARDY, AND THE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $5.95 FOR ADDED BREADSTICK?! BIGGEST FAILURE IN RESTAURANT BUSINESS - GM AND THE BOY SHOULD BE FIRED!

Sooo.... placed a to go order went and picked it up drove all the way home and realized it was the wrong order. Completely my fault for not checking before we had drove away and all the way home but then when I called to explain to situation to see if there was anything we could do? As the women on the other end of the phone stayed silent I then suggested that we could come all the way back to pick up our original order and that we had paid for our order that only seems fair we get what we paid for. I was then placed on "hold" which was then me being hung up on so I called again and the same women answered the phone and did not even apologize just said she had tried to put me on hold but instead it hung up on me which is fine and that may be a possibility of that actually being the case she then puts me on an actual hold and said she was going to speak with her manager to see if there was anything they could do... Then a women gets back on the phone just simply telling me her name and asking how she could help me I then had to re explain everything again to the manager who I was now speaking to on the line. Despite everything that had happened and the previous employees not being very helpful the manager sure made up for it. I believe her name was Linda if I can remember correctly I was so frustrated the last thing I was focusing on was her name but she definitely took care of us after finding out what had happened and remade both our meals when we got there and gave us each a free dessert for our troubles. We always seem to have issues when we go to this Olive Garden but Im glad this time something was actually dont about the not so great service I hope this means things are getting better.

I went in when I was about 5 weeks pregnant and was feeling a little nauseous earlier that week but finally got up an appetite and was ready to enjoy a nice dinner with my guy before I left on a family vacation. It took quite awhile for our server to come greet us even though he had two tables including us at the time. We ordered our drinks and my tea came about 5-6 mins later, and a while after that my boyfriend finally got the beer he ordered. Close to 45 mins after being seated we were asked if we wanted an appetizer and we ordered fried calamari. Our order wasnt taken til after we were done eating our appetizer? We were trying not to eat it fast so it lasted through the wait time until we got the entree but nevertheless... he never refilled my tea except once when I asked; he asked my boyfriend if he wanted another beer (he did)and never brought it. I started to feel very sick and threw up in the bathroom so I asked for the check. He kept talking to his other table and we waited 10 mins and then asked again for the check. Again, same thing so we asked for a 3rd time and by this point we had been here for 2 hours, just gotten food, no refills but my one, and spent the last half hour asking for a check while I was sick. Waited another 10 mins and just walked out. Waiter never came to give us our check. I never came back. What horrible service
