As a BWW fan, I love coming to these restaurants with my wife and friends. But this one..... total disappointment. I couldnt believe the horrible customer service Ive gotten. Even the manager was rude. First, as soon as we got the food. The carrots that come as the side order for the snack size wings were totally dry. And we didnt get our ranch and bleu cheese. I told the waiter to change the carrots and to please bring us our sauces. The waiter blatantly walks away to another table to get their order instead of getting our sauces and exchanging the carrots. As the waiter is still with the other customers for over 5 minutes as my food is starting to get cold, the manager walks up to our table asking us politely if everything was okay. When I told him it wasnt, his attitude completely changes and basically runs off to tell someone else to get the sauces. Later as I needed a refill, I asked for a refill for my Pepsi and Dr. Pepper for my friend. They came back with the drinks with no ice! To then tell me and my friends that the soft drink ice machine ran out of ice instead of getting ice from the back! Are you kidding me?!? Are you that lazy??? And to top it all off, We were splitting checks and I had to explain to the waiter 3 times what I ordered for me and my wife to be corrected. After attempting to get it fixed multiple times, the waiter STILL couldnt correct my tab correctly! I got so frustrated that I ended up paying more for something I didnt eat. Do yourself a favor and dont bother going to this BWW. Never again BWW Corpus Christi.

We have loved going to other BWW locations in the past, this location however is a let down. Out of 4 times we have tried this location we have had one good experience. The music is too loud during normal dining hours and have to yell to place your order, most of the employees are just hanging out in the corner socializing and dancing. Only two of the waitresses I am pleased with. FOOD: they have got our orders wrong twice and one of the waiters got an attitude when we wanted to return the item to the kitchen; for the rest of the time she did not come back to our table, had someone else take care of us. Terrible place to bring a family or to have a conversation during dinner, sounds like a club. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP BEFORE I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

The other night my wife and I went to eat at the Corpus Christi Buffalo Wild Wings and waited for about an hour before they seated us due to tables being dirty and not cleaned for over 30 mins. Once seated we got our food at a reasonable time with the exception that they got my wifes order completely wrong. When she told them this it took another 30 mins before they asked if she had got her food yet and when she told them no, took another 10 mins after that. The had absolutely no clean glasses so they had to give us to-go glasses. Would not recommend them. If you want wings in Corpus Christi go to Wing Stop, BullChicks, or Wings N More.

been here twice and there is horrible waiters and a very faul smell as soon as you walk in the door. bathrooms are very very dirty. this has been by far the worst bww ive been to. i came the 1st time while on vacation 2nd time giving it a 2nd chance and nope same experiance both trys DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN CORPUS CHRISTI TX. waiters take your plate with out asking if you are done .food take about 45mins to 1hour to come out

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was fine but our server basically ignored us. After spilling a beer all over the table which was an accident and Im not mad....the service went downhill. Never came back to clean up garbage or check to refill drinks. Couldnt remember our order either and we had to basically recite our orders again so he could figure out what we got. Beyond amateur hour over here.

The service was mediocre at best but I ordered the Cheesburger slammers for lunch and the cheese looked like it had been put in the microwave and the patty meat was dry as hell. I could tell right away the patties are frozen as well as the fries. It was my first time eating here and I am very disappointed. Will never go there again!! Wings N More puts this place to shame!!

We sat down and roches ran across our table!! We let our waitress know that we would not be eating and she informed me that we would be charged for our drinks at which time I told her I needed to talk to the manager. The manger sent the waitress back to let us know they were not going to charge us for the drinks he wouldnt even come talk to me. DISGUSTED!!

This place is ridiculous. Too many rules for drinking, manager said we could only have 1 drink in 45 minutes (time starting when our ticket was open). Seriously? I thought that bars make money from people drinking. I guess these people dont want to make money and I know they are not getting any of our money. I would like to give minus stars.

This was honestly the best buffalo wild wings I have ever been to! Im a regular here because I really enjoy the friendliness of the staff and their speedy service. I literally eat here atleast once a week. They are eager to please and The food is always phenomenal. I Have NEVER been displeased with the service or quality of the food.

Awful-dry wings, it seemed as if they were reheated. I had to ask waiter to re-spin boneless wings on sauce due to that they were literally dry and by the time they brought back my order, it was cold. Onion rings- over cooked and hard to separate. Wont recommend this place at all, Ive had better wings in other places and paid less!

Waited for 30 to get a table for 3..& when 3-4 tables were available, we were told the wait was gonna be another 8 mins..even then we waited even longer..i even offered to clean our own table..we just got sick of it..when they called our name we told them how terrible service was adds we left..would not recommend this place at all

Awful. There new 2 beers in an hour rule??? Even when you have a DD?? What is this? Lol.. then he counteracts what he says by saying only 2 beers in an hour but we had 3 in an hour and 7 minutes... then the manager said we couldnt have another one until the 2 hour mark... what? They are going to lose business over this.

From the beginning I open the door there was no customer service we waited about 20 minutes to be asked if you need to be seated the hostess rude and is talking to his friends the manager seemed like he had no control over his staff but in the other hand our server Deborah came to my table with a smile.

Last time we ate here we literally had cockroaches crawling on us. After much debate we came back after 6 months or more. No bugs but still nasty. Floors are slick and bathrooms are well lets just say men you better sit to pee or your doing the splits. Wont be back for at least a year!
