I have yet to have a good experience at this Taco Bell. I have gone to this same one several times. You would think I would have learned my lesson by now. I even called the corporate office the last time only to receive an "apology letter". Examples of bad service: person making the food, took an order in front of us, handled the money and then went back and handled the food WITHOUT changing his gloves. When he was told, his response was "you really want me to change my gloves?" Our order is wrong every time I have gone after that. I have not been back for at least 6 months and against my better judgement I gave it a shot today. As I was getting my order; I decided to buy an additional item. I was told my first purchase did not go through. I said I would not run my card again. They said their system has been "messing up" in this weather. It was only CLOUDY!! Why didnt the first person who took my order not know if my order had gone through?! They had a receipt in hand, so I told them again I would not run my card again. The young man said I would have to pay. I told him I have had more problems at this Taco Bell than anywhere else. I walked out. Dont ever go to this location. They do not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely the slowest drive thru on the face of the earth. 2 separate occasions this week, both times have waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru. Tonight after waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins behind someone. So I pulled in front of the store, went in and after not getting acknowledged for over a minute - asked what the hold up was. They had to retake my order, didnt apologize but told me the customer in front of me ordered empanadas at the window, and it takes 7 minutes to fry them. The cashier proceeded to tell me most people wont proceed with an order when the wait is that long. But they did. So she retook my order. Charged me full price and then asked if she could give me anything. My food. Cinnamon sticks arent going to fix the lack of customer service here. So Im still waiting. Id say 25minutes after I started this journey, I got my food and left. Got home, ate my first 2 items, bite into my 3rd and its the same burrito I just ate. NOT my order. So literally EVERYTHING SUCKED. NOT 1 THING.

I ordered the boss nachos with steak and a large drink for 6.99 and got charged 7.99 for it, ok no big deal. Manager refunded me for that, got my nachos with no steak.... Double frown. Refunded in full. Ill eat at moms place. My buddy said his tacos were the best hes had from a bell, so one star for that.

I ordered my food and literally waited for 25 mins before I got my food. Like I could have walked into a hospital and got into a room faster than that. Not a single sorry for the wait for anything. Just walked up and set my food on the counter.....

Its been 15 minutes and Im still waiting for my food, yet Im the only customer in the store/drive thru. All employees are giving me dirty looks like I offended them with my service and are working really slowly, almost like its intentional.

The staff here were exceptional, the dining room was very clean. The food was Taco Bell so you know what to expect but I havent ever been to a cleaner nor treated as well as I was at this Taco Bell. I will go out of my to come back.

The worst service we have ever received from any fast food place, the drive thru guy even argued with us about our drink being wrong and refused to fix it. If they would not fix a drink right I know the food is bad.

If I could give negative stars I would... I sent back a taco 4 times in the drive thru.. the drink once, and the supreme crunch was wrong but by that point I was just done... no lettuce is apparently very tricky...
