The food came fast and was hot. They accidentally gave us onion rings. My husband loves onion rings and for a moment thought they were his. So he ate one. After I reminded him, he said something. This blonde heavy set girl who was in drive looks at my husband, and with this ugly look on her face, looks at him and says in a nasty tone, "well why are you eating the onion rings" when my husband tried to explain she slammed the window. When she gave us the correct order,she rolled her eyes and we left. I am pregnant and I dont even act that way with my customers. Even the most difficult ones. Disgusting people do not need to work in fast food.

Horrible. People cant make hamburgers right. Took them 3 times to finally make it right. They dont know how to read tickets at all. Drive through is even worse. Someone please teach them how to read. 3-16-17 burger was squished flat and people making food still dont know how to read. When I have them add mayo I do not expect them to cut the mustard.

There werent but 2 vehicles in front of me i waited almost 25 minutes and they still got the order wrong . Needless to say i got my money back after i asked them to remake my burger ..practice makes perfect. .keep up the good work whataburger

I have never been disappointed with the food or service at the Chophouse. The location is great with an upstairs room perfect for large groups. The Chophouse makes it easy for everyone to have a great experience!

Whataburger is a staple restaurant in Texas. If you are in Texas and havent been to a Whataburger, then you best get to one fast. Great burgers served promptly and at reasonable prices.
