For years this was the best run Pizza Hut Id ever encountered. I was always impressed with the staff and the consistency with which they made the Pizzas. They always opened the box to show you your pizza with a smile and you could tell this was a very well managed store. Sadly, that has all changed. There is new management and now I never know what Im going to get. My family eats pizza at least once a month and Pizza Hut is our favorite, but Ive had it with this location. 1 of 4 pizzas weve eaten in the last 6 months has been what I would consider a good Pizza. If you call in for pick-up, the person on the phone is in to big of a hurry to be professional. Delivery is much worse, even not delivering a pizza at all one time, and having no record of my order when I called them. The toppings are always put on unevenly, Pizza is almost always over cooked, sometimes burnt. Even the pizza cutter cares little about doing a halfway decent job. Ive had enough. The last pizza I ordered had so much cheese and toppings on one side that it wasnt cooked all the way, and the other half, with no toppings, was overcooked....my kids barely ate any of it. Im tired of giving my money to people who obviously dont care about making top quality Pizza. Hope the next closest Pizza hut is better; dont see how it could be any worse.

The waitress, Tonya, at this location created a terrible atmosphere for both myself and the rest of my party. We came in at 9:55PM and she immediately starts saying, "you have to hurry up and order, we close in an hour." We were already looking at the menu and about 2-3 minutes later, she returns and said, "you guys have to hurry, were closing soon" absolutely terrible. Never, in my wildest dreams, would I go up to customers at my job and say, "hello sir, can you please hurry up and get what you need? Were closing soon" completely unprofessional and shows their work ethic at its finest. We went to complain and she steps in and interrupts us to plead her case by saying, "Im the best!" Seriously? Learn some professionalism and work on your attitude. You have a lot to learn and thats saying a lot coming from a 23 year old man such as myself. Would not recommend this business to anyone. At least not this location.

My family and I dinned in 2 adults, 3 kids, and a baby... We were served our food pretty quickly but we were the only ones there... My personal pan was wrong... No big deal as it happens... We ordered a pizza to go... Waited, paid, and gave a $10 tip (20%)... We cleaned up the table and stacked plates on our way out... We were a few mins down the road when we realized we left our ToGoPizza... So we went back and were told they threw it away bc they thought we left it bc we didnt want it... WTH No... I ordered a Togo pizza it wasnt left overs... I paid and waited for the pizza... Who in the hell would order a pizza wait for it an then purposefully leave it behind!!! All they had to do is put it with the carry out orders and if I didnt return at the end of the night they could throw it away... Very upset as this was dinner for my Bday bc pizza is my favorite

Took an hour to get my pizza, thats understandable seeing as it was a Saturday night. When the order got here it was cold, one pizza was completely wrong, ordered a cheese and got something covered in meat. I paid for 8 wings only got 7, and my large was under cooked with barely any crust at all. (I did not order a thin crust) I called and they gave me a 10$ credit (for a 35$ order) I probably wont use it.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. The customer service was terrible, as they did not know the online deals. The restaurant smells like they have never cleaned the carpet nor mopped the floors. BUT, the pizza I ordered was the worst pizza ever! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE...wet, soggy, flat pizza. I was a fan of Pizza Hut, but this location will never get my business again

I ordered online and had an issue with the page freezing at checkout. When I called the store the nicest man ever answered and helped me through the rest of the process over the phone. I was told to expect delivery in 25 minutes, but got it in 15. The delivery driver was super sweet. She was all smiles even with my giant dogs trying to get outside.

how hard is it to make a personal pizza and an order of spaghetti with 2 meatballs. it took almost 25 minutes and they still didnt have the order ready. We left. the place only had 1 more table of customers. we went down the road to another restaurant and had our food in front of us within minutes. PIZZA HUT... you lost a good customer today.

I should have read the reviews about this place being dirty before I stopped here to eat with my family. Its dirty and there was a dead roach under our table. We ordered a basket of fries and they tasted like old oil. NEVER coming back. You would think after all the complaints about this dirty place that they would fix the problem.

WTF. Walked in there with my wife & 3 children @ 10:50 pm on a Saturday 23APR2016 & the dingis sweeping the floor says "Our Dining Room Is Closed" when the time on Google & on the door is 11pm-12am Monday - Saturday..... never walking in the door of that place again.

Pizza hut on pat booker Rd awful!!! Place is dirty waitress lazy she looks like a person who really hates her job, people dont waste ur money ( no reason why the restaurant should have been so dirty 4 people having dinner

I ordered a 15$ cheesy bite(crust) pizza and it was like a sheet of floppy paper had no cheese on it and the "crust" didnt even touch the pizza pie...I could make a pizza better than this...15$ for nothing...and was left on hold!?!

Dont work there! General manager Raul will fire you without reason and changes your schedule when he is mad at you! My sister and brother in law are airforce and they will be lucky if they get any military business again!

Really great place to eat at, had amazing service dining in and the food was just awesome. Our server, Andrew was just outstanding, gave him a 20$ tip and was very polite and respectful. Will be coming back very soon.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Came in on a Sunday Afternoon, ordered a LG Pizza and 8pc wings with sauce on the side. Took a LIFETIME! Pizza came in, but no wings. Waitress came over only 2x....just a horrible service.

They are extremely discrete, very polite, theyre delivery service is exceptional, and the workers are really nice. I go here and order delivery all the time. Definitely worth the prices.
