Our order somehow got "erased" so we didnt receive our food until I went up and asked about it having been waiting for more than 30 minutes for our order. The shift manager apologized a million times and made us our food again (?). They got my husbands burger wrong, so we had to tell them and they made it over correctly. Aside from the mess-ups, the food was good and hot.

Jessica who works the overnight drive thru is one of the rudest people Ive ever come across in the restaurant industry. Jack in the Box is definitely one of my favorite restaurants, but Jessica definitely ruined this location for me. Has a zero skills with handling customers and difficult situations. Racism and belittling me was her answer to the situation.

Great service, great deals, freestyle Coke fountain drinks, free wifi, all-day breakfast, clean restrooms and tables. One in particulate worker always remembers me and my wife, even if we dont come for a month, it impress me that she remembers our favorite iced coffee.

I ordered the #10 the chicken nuggets on the drive thru.. I took it for lunch at work, and when I opened my nuggets to my surprise they were chicken rolls which I didnt want... How can I go back if am on the clock... Thats sad

Well let me tell you... The restaurant was clean and well kept and the food was delicious and was gotten out at a fast and reasonable time! Would recommend others to come and I myself will be returning in the future!
