If I could rate it a 0 I absolutely would! My family and I walked in and were seated as a second larger family walked in behind and then was seated. The workers proceeded to bring the other family, that came in and were seated after us, their plates and silverware and got their drink order. We have yet to be helped! Then he went and got their drink order and when brought it back, told us he would be right with us. THEN gave them their drink order and proceeded to take their food order! So we gave him a little tip as to how to treat customers and walked out! Never again will I go to this pizza hut! SO glad for Milanos Pizza to be close and save the day!

Wanted to order for delivery as i am at work for another 30 minutes. Will not deliver to my house which is 3 miles down the road. That is a 5 minute drive for delivery personnel. Manager came on phone and undermined me completely with sarcastic tone, telling me he has worked there for 10 years and they have never delivered past Tittabawassee. I have been ordering delivery from that exact establishment for over 2 years smart guy. Terrible service wether set at corporat or not for delivery circumference, you still need to have better costumer care on the phone. Needless to say i cancelled my order and will not be doing business there any more.

On Saturday, the 2nd of March, I tried to order a pizza from the hut on bay road. I was greeted by an employee with an attitude. When I asked to speak with a manager and such I was hung up on. Two calls later this employee said they were going to call the police on me if I kept calling. Not only did I not get the managers name or phone number, I also was not given the owners name and phone number. I have been a frequent patron of this place and have witnesses to the phone calls. I am going to take this all the way up until this person is fired. My advice....dont buy pizza there...

Came in here on 4th of July because my kids wanted the pizza with the red roof. We got sat down and then another family(larger than ours) was sat down a few minutes after us. There was 1 server and he took the larger tables drink order then got them there drinks then began to take there food order before even acknowledging we were there. I can not speak for the quality of pizza because I left and went to milanos just up the street from them and spent my money elsewhere. 1 star for poor service. Cant comment on food.

Not impressed at all! Crust wasnt fully cooked. Server wasnt very attentive to our table. (He also had a table that he obviously knew and he visited it often even with it being right next to our table). They were out of multiple crusts (the garlic knot and hand tossed). Hope that they see this and know that they should be more prepared for a weekend night and should offer all kids crayons and paper (had two 3 year olds with us and they werent offered)

If first impressions are important then this store is an epic fail....i went for the first time and the only thing that was good was the sauce on the wings , dining area was filthy with many tables with dirty dishes and the pizza was the biggest disappoint ment.Oh yeah staff was not only rude but they also were rude to each other....smh I will never go again

Order from this store all the time on line .now the site has changed , delivery by on line is impossible !! twice now the order has been messed up , not from human error but computer error , dont blame the people who work there , but the site is a mess and until it can be fixed ,I dont think Ill use it again, Looks like dominoes !!

After being seated we waited about 15 min before going up front and asking for a server, silverware was covered with a sticky residue, had to ask for plates after the food arrived and to top it off, pizza was soggy and not the best quality. Very disappointed with this dining experience. Will NOT be coming back.

Foods good but the tables are unforgivably dirty! They looked dingy so I lightly ran a fingernail on the top of the table which was a big mistake. Brown caked on grime from the table came up, all the tables need a deep clean. Will only order take out when I order from here.

I called three times today, 9-17-2015 from 6:50pm until 7:00pm. All three times got hung up on. Two times the automated answering machine answered and then someone in the store picked up and hung up the phone. Guess they dont need my business.

Can eat in peace and quiet, enjoyed with my family. Pizza was awesome as usual, chocolate chip cookie dessert was very good, boneless chicken was excellent, and I always love my time at PIZZA HUT!

Pizza Hut has our favorite pizza. Service is usually not what we hope for - slow at best. At worst we have waited 45 minutes and not been served. If you want good pizza and have time its worth it.

The pizza here is at best, OK... Ive had far better pizzas at other Pizza Huts. Yet, if youre craving it, every now and then it does the job. P.S if you dine in, its better for whatever reason

Speedway has better tasing, less greasy, and fully cooked pizza. This is what I got back after I sent the first one in for being raw and Im pretty sure all they did was cook it longer.
