Our experience was horrible. We walked in and put our name in and could barely even hear the girl at the desk. She acted like she just woke up and crawled out of bed. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and as we sat down we could see at least 4 empty tables just sitting there. So after we finally got seated it took our waitress Crystal 5 minutes before she came over to even talk to us and ask about our drinks. At that time we placed our drink and food order. Then we waited another almost 9 minutes before she brought us our drinks. We were about to get up and walk out and then she came with the drinks. About 20 minutes after ordering our food we finally got it. Normally when they bring out the food they also bring out normal syrup and ketchup and hot sauce and stuff well our waitress didnt bring any of that out to us and in fact we didnt see her again after she brought us our food for another 15 minutes so i had to go find the stuff we needed myself. The whole time we were sitting there we were listening to plates breaking in the kitchen and the kitchen staff yelling for the wait staff to come get food. If you didnt know any better you would have thought you were in a bar. The worst customer service experience we have ever had we will not be back.

I hate this place. To give you an idea how much, I live less than a mile from this place, yet I still take my family of SEVEN down to the Dennys in BOULDER on a frequent basis because they are so much better! They gave us a coupon you can use on your birthday, so I took my 3-year old daughter in for breakfast one morning. When presenting the coupon, they disallowed the use of it. They made up some random rule, saying, "those have to be mailed in, then we have to mail it back to you in order for them to be valid." I scoured the fine print on the coupon and it said nothing of the sort. I asked for an exception (the server was nice and asked the manager for me) and was flatly denied. They made it very clear that my coupon-using kind wasnt welcome there, so Ill honor their wishes and never return. Horrible way to do business and to treat people, especially with a little 3-year old girl on her birthday. We left immediately and went across the street to the Egg and I, and gladly paid much more for my Daughters birthday (they even gave her a little cupcake over there). Lastly, their "kids-eat-free" deal is worse than Dennys. Dennys gives you two free kids meals per adult entree, while IHOP only gives you a single free kids meal per adult entree.

I never go to IHOP expecting great food. However, the level of indifference at this location is abysmal. My mashed potatoes were dry and incredibly over peppered. The fish was dry with no real flavor to speak of. The spinach was not bad, the saving grace to my meal. However, the entree did come out at the same time as my salad, which was unusual. All of this I could have easily forgiven, applied it to "mistakes happen." Unfortunately, when I was asked how the meal was I voiced my dissatisfaction, only to be told "as long as it fills you up I guess." I cannot overlook such blatant disregard for a customers, time, money, and appreciation. I unfortunately do not see myself returning here, and I offer a word of advice to those who would venture through the doors. Save yourself some money, and drive out to the Waffle House, the food will be just as good, but the service will be better, and the bill will probably be smaller.

We have had better service before there was only one table when we arrived and then a nother table arrive maybe 10mins after us. The lady that was helping us she was rude and after ordering maybe 20mins after she came by with her co worker and said it was the end of her shift that he was taking over and then still waited 20more min for our food. Then we kept seeing the lady that helped us at first helping other tables. So we assum she didnt want to serve us so she found someone else to do it for her and that is not very nice. And the tables ahead of us got there food and finished before us getting our food. I really hope that next time my family and i go we dnt get treated the same. But other then that the food was great.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. There was hardly anybody there when we got in, and cleared out considerably more while there. From the time we walked in the door where the server to seat us seemed more preoccupied with her phone than seeing customers, to the 45 minute wait for toast and a Cobb salad. The plate the salad came on had, what Im guessing, strawberry jam along the side and on the salad, most likely from an order going out around the same time. Our server seemed to have a cold and completly out of it. Overall this was the worst IHOP Ive ever been to. Would recommend management takes a look at how things are run and make some changes. Efficiency and service are not their strong suit.

Once you arrive and seated we were given our beverages. Our coffee pot that we received wasnt even half way full. Then we waited over 20 minutes and still the waiter never came back to take your order. We had two other table sit down after us and they got their drinks and their order while we were still waiting. While anxiously waiting for our waiter to arrive to take our order all you could hear was yelling in the background from the servers yelling at their Cooks in the back. Its clearly obvious that this is run by poor management. This thi. I hope your CEO reads this and acknowledges it.s restaurant is a disgrace to all other IHOP chains. I hope your CEO reads this and acknowledges it.

Ive been to this location 3 times over one year. Its terrible and I wont go back. And thats from someone who generally likes ihop. Someone else on here said "consistently disappointing" and thats the perfect phrase. This place is ALWAYS dirty. Coffee pot on the table visibly dirty. Silverware sticky. Crumbs in the booth. Its just downright gross. Service is bad as well. Last hostess I had didnt even say anything. Just walked to the table and stood there. I sat down and she walked off. Almost awkward. My pancakes came out with no syrup. I waited almost 10 minutes for my waiter and he never showed back up. My full plate of food got cold while waiting so I just got up and left it.

First i should say the service sucks when we got there it took 20 min to be seated there were probably 10 tables available to seat at finally when we git to our table it took 5 min for the server to acknowledge us i put in our order for drinks and food @t that time than it took 8 min for our drinks to come out now keep in mind it was not really busy but to them it was. Than waited another 15 min for our food to come out. We almost just left the service in this place sucks i will never go back again j would rather drive 30 miles to our old ihop were i know we would get good service. I dont recommend going to this ihop to anyone.
