Arrived at 7pm on a friday night with some friends. Ordered sashimi dinner ($28) and a bottle of unfiltered Sake ($32). Overall, the quality and service were not worth the price--Almost $80 for one person. I will not be going back here again. Miso soup was average. Never got the ginger salad that accompanied the almost $30 dish, even though I even asked the waiter for it AFTER i received the main entree. Received 8 pieces of sashimi and the SMALLEST tuna roll ever. Ordered creme brulee for desert, and it had the absolute WORST curry sauce on the side. Theres eclectic food, and then theres just plain gross. The meal was supposed to come with kimchi as well, but that didnt happen either. The fish was good, though, not amazing. While the restaurant was slightly busy, the service was slow and mediocre. Gabriele was the waiters name. He seemed pleasant, just not up to par for the ending bill of $72 and some change for a single guest. Id much rather save time and money by going to our favorite locally owned/operated El Paso sushi and market--"Asian market and sushi bar" at 5700 Dyer.

Wait staff was slow, food that tasty but the last time my friends were here they said yoshi was great and rolls were huge and so they took us, this time it was pathetic. The tuna roll was as thick as a hotdog weenie not the kind that plump when you cook them the cheap ones. All the rolls were small and when we complained they waiter said "Oh we make them small here" then came back and said "I guess since it was yoshis last month he was very generous" Really? So what your saying is that you feel its ok to overcharge for pathetic little hotdog rolls. Absolutely horrible for the price. If it wasnt for the taste it would have been a 1 star experience. First and only time well go. Friends were a bit embarrassed after bragging about the size of yoshis rolls. Make sure you eat before you go,a hundred and fifteen bucks later and we still left hungry. Definitely not worth it.

I bragged about this place took my friends and it was a horrible experience I was embarrassed the rolls where half the size of any other sushi place and half the size they where here a month ago dont waste your money there was 4 of use and a120 buck later and we are still hungry we complained and it seemed like they didnt even care told us yoshi made them too big and we make them small here. Really!!!! Pathetic!!! if you go make sure you eat before or be ready to order a pizza on the way home.It would be a one star but those itty bitty tiny rolls did taste good. All these five star reviews are from when the executive chef Yoshi was there he is gone now and you can tell! I dont know if business is hurting but shorting your customers on food and and letting unhappy customers walk out the door will not help

The food is very good, when they have it, and eventually when you get it, and dont count on appetizers first. First appetizer ordered. No, they are out. Early on a Friday evening. Out comes an entrée. Half way through, the second appetizer comes out. Clear the table. And wait, and wait, and wait, out comes a salad. And wait, and wait, and wait. . . Out comes an entree. No. Take it back. Weve lost our appetites. This treatment insults me to no end. Bring the check. Oh yeah, they didnt have the wine we wanted either. More on the menu than they can handle. Wont be around long. Too bad. Tastes very good, when you get it.

We eat here often because the food is excellent but the service is absolutely horrific. It is extremely slow - usually takes about an hour to get our food. They usually mess up our order and they always bring out one plate of food 10 minutes before the other. My husbands food usually gets cold while he waits for me to receive mine. I think chef Gi is an excellent chef but I do not think he has the business experience. If The food wasnt so good, the service would certainly put them out of business.

I would ignore the single person leaving a bad review because they clearly dont know what they are talking about. The menu is well priced and there are options for everyone. The sushi is always well seasoned and perfect. I eat here a lot and have never been disappointed. The owner and staff are always friendly and attentive. This is the best sushi in the southwest and they fly in fish fresh. You wont find anything else like that around here. Do yourself a favor and try Dragonfly.

This is where the best sushi in El Paso is!! The chef is so creative and talented with such amazing skills of combining the most mesmerizing ingredients. Me and my husband come here to celebrate special events or just when we have a craving for good food! Every time weve come here theres always something new to try. This is the best place to bring a date or when you want to make a great impression with the future in-laws ;)

I ordered the bulgogi and it was amazing. I lived in South Korea for 2 years and with that being said this was the best I have ever had. Our waiter (Gabriel) was very friendly and helpful. If you like sushi, wine or just trying new things I suggest you go to the dragonfly, you wont be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff for making my dinner a great and memorable experience.

Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday! He loved it, he said best sushi in town. He had three different rolls and enjoyed them very much. Im not a sushi lover so I ordered the angry chicken breast , it was alright, the chicken had a strange texture. However the glass of red wine I had was delicious (suggested by the staff) along with the green tea ice cream.

Top notch quality. The sushi chefs will definitely make your day with some of the best sushi in town! And the service from them and your waiter will be nothing less than stellar. The setting of the place is very elegant but still with a laid back atmosphere to it. Loved every minute and every bite here. Well worth your money.

Simply put, Dragon Fly is one of the best places to dine in El Paso. Sushi is very good The owner and chef Ji is very creative. Always adding new items and challenging your pallet. Top quality seafood, fresh. Give it a try. Tell Jon, Joe sent ya.

When considering value this was a 4/5. The rolls were really good but also small. They were a little more expensive considering the size. We had the tiger roll and the GT roll. Tiger was the best. So much we ordered another.

Weve been going here for years, and it only gets better everytime. Their sushi and sashimi dishes are works of art, and they have weekly menus that feature some things Ive never seen anywhere else. This place is amazing.

I liked this place and I think the food is really good but the decoration is not the big deal (food and wine dont have match with decoration), they must to change it!
