Before I came here I was pretty amazed that for the first time a restaurant that was local had more than four stars and it was a noodle shop which made it all the more strange so I had to try it out. That was one of the best decisions Ive ever made because cherry blossom noodle Cafe has the best ramen in all the valley and I would know because Ive eaten Ramen for years and without a doubt their broth and noodles just hit the spot every time. Not only that but they serve a variety of other noodle dishes here including pad thai and some Italian stuff, and I wouldnt be surprised if those were as good as the Raman because theres a ton of people here every day. If that werent enough it comes with a side of some really fresh California rolls that just complete the meal so theres no question youll leave satisfied. On top of everything else its surprisingly affordable , especially during lunch where you can come in and spend just about $12 for a solid meal including the tip. When you walk in you notice it feels very cozy it has an atmosphere that just makes you feel like youre at home and your moms cooking you something special. I dont know if we cant recommend this restaurant enough its legit like my favorite restaurant to come to whenever Im at work and I would come here every day if I had the money for it. Do yourself a favor and come try some food from this place.

Terrible service and overrated ramen and dessert. I am well educated in noodles. The soup of its ramen is good but noodle is "random", which means you have 50% to get not well cooked noodles and rest for cooked ones based on my experience of four noodle dishes. The noodle was hard to bite and u can see the white texture raw part that havent been boiled throughly. I have tried many different noodles from several countries in various levels of restaurants and I know what is good cooked noodle. Dessert was only good looking but tasted so-so. Tough texture and miss all good things in Japanese pastry( high quality cream, fine and smooth cake, no overdose sugar) For the service. Cannot believe the male server is still there. I was astonished by his terrible service before and this time I was not disappointed. But by another server. Indifference and impatience are the words to describe them. The server neither explained the menu nor gave me any suggestion directly. I had to ask her several times for suggestion but did not get results.

The wait for a table is routinely 30-45 minutes on weekend nights, which often puts me off going for long periods of time. But when I do go, the food is always delicious and the wait staff always kind and helpful, and lets you linger and socialize and enjoy your outing. Thats what keeps me coming back. The food is just as amazing when Ive gotten it from a delivery service, but I must admit to enjoying it more at the restaurant. They also own the Tokyo Express next door, which usually sits virtually empty while the sidewalk and benches outside remain filled with throngs of people on the table wait-list at Cherryblossom. Cant understand why they dont take over part or all of the Tokyo Express space to expand the infinitely more successful Cherryblossom. So, took off one star for the wait, but the food is always 5-star good enough to make a lot of people endure that wait.

Great Steamed Shrimp Dumplings!!! Great Service When I arrived I was immediately seated. Kenny, my server, took care of me right away and was helpful and attentive throughout my meal, making sure of the quality of what I was served. I LOVED the Shrimp Shumai (steamed shrimp dumplings). They were light and flavorful and served on top of a swirl of spicy Chinese mustard. I wasnt so crazy about the texture of the Ramen noodles (seemed more like rice noodles), but that aside, my Cha-shu (Hakata with extra pork) was very tasty, and a generous portion. I ordered the Korean Spicy Beef to go and it was delicious warmed for dinner later in the evening. It was mildly spicy and nicely seasoned. Overall, I had a great experience. Ill be going back again, but skipping the ramen noodles next time. The prices seemed reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.

I love the ramen and the veggie options. The Chinese and Italian are just so so. My family are regular customers but the last few visits have been unsatisfactory. Last visit we were told we had a 30 min wait so we walked next door to snow and ordered some boba tees. They called us after 10 min and told us we couldnt bring our teas inside and had to chug them down before we could be seated. The reason for the 2 stars is that tonight I called to reserve a table for my daughters 11th birthday. I let them know I was bringing her cake and didnt foresee a problem since they dont have an extensive dessert menu. The hostess told me there would be a $2 charge per person if I bring the cake. WAIT A MINUTE...are you kidding me? I just spent $30 for a birthday cake and youre going to charge me to eat it there?? Thats absolutely ridiculous.

My wife and I tried this place today while down in Phoenix. Our server very rude. He didnt smile and acted like we were a complete and total bother to him the entire time we were there. The other servers werent much better and acted like we didnt. I think our servers name was Ken and he only got a 10% tip from us because his poor attitude and service. The food was middle of the road. I had the Katsu-don (fried pork cutlet with egg over rice) and it was nothing like I enjoyed during my 4 years living in Japan. Parking was atrocious and we considered ourselves lucky to get a spot near the restaurant. The part of Camelback where the restaurant is located is a bit dodgy and old. I would not recommend this place and my wife, who is Japanese, and I do not intend to return on future trips to Phoenix.

Overall really amazing food. So far the Cha Shu ramen here is the closest Ive found to the tonkatsu ramen I ate in Japan. The broth was creamy and perfect! It was weird to me that we were never offered soy sauce or any other sauces, and none of the tables had these available. Wasnt sure if we needed to ask for them, so we went without them. In Japan they had a variety of sauces available at every table, as well as sesame seeds and/or flavored oils. It would have been cool to see that here. Waitress was friendly but didnt really check on us enough (but the cafe was crazy busy so we didnt mind too much). Again, the food was really great so Id definitely recommend trying this place out, especially if youre looking for a more authentic ramen.

The restaurant was nice inside. Seating was very tight though. Looking forward to trying this place out for the first time. We were not greeted by two members of the staff that saw us come in. The tall "blonde guy" finally did acknowledge us and said well be with you in a minute. Another person took us to a table as directed by this guy. While were sitting in his sections, patiently waiting, this same guy came to the next table and was Very rude and short With the customers. After another 10 minutes he said he would be back in " "two seconds". Well - he Didnt come back for sometime and so we left. Maybe the food is great - but we will never know. People like this blonde guy can ruin a restaurants reputation! Thanks douche bag!
