By far, the best Ramen in AZ! Since moving here from Hawaii a a year and a half ago, Ive been on an ongoing quest for good, authentic ramen. I suppose I took it for granted in Hawaii, because it is everywhere there. Ive been to many ramen restaurants in AZ in e last year and a half, and all came up short on some way, until Ramen Dozo. The broth is great, you can tell there is a lot that has gone into making it, and its not oversaturated with unnecessary weird toppings. The Charsiu is also good, which is a good indicator of a good ramen shop. This has now become my go-to ramen shop. Oh, not to mention, you can also get some decent sushi and other great appetizers. Definitely will be back!

Very good ramen place, love their Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen. This place is very close to my old office, it would be perfect if ramen was in fashion when I just relocated to Arizona in 1999, there were none at that time; I had no places to go for ramen. Now we have a lot of ramen restaurants here in greater Phoenix, but Im going to retire and moving away.

The takoyaki were served WAY too hot, I burned the inside of my mouth pretty badly. They were also too big (too much batter), and mediocre. The ramen I got was a bit mild even for shoyu, and the pork was overcooked and such a small cut. Im also not a fan of chopped cabbage in ramen. I think Ill stick with Tampopo Ramen across the road.

Great food and a relatively big menu. Lots of options and in addition to meat (and tofu) options the Ramen comes with egg, Naruto, mushrooms, cabbage, green onions, and seaweed,so we didnt have to pay for a bunch of add-ons. Takiyaki was great and the chicken gristle (Ive never had before) was good.

Heres the deal guys, I was stationed in Yokosuka Japan from 2001 until 2004. I tried the ramen at this location and it reminded me exactly of what I had when I was stationed in Japan. Delicious perfect portion size perfect amount of Salt and Spice absolutely delicious. Highly recommended thank you.

Awesome! Just opened! Great server! The pork broth was amazing! Very delicious and additcing! Great variety as well: you can get lots of sushi and many other items here too, as well as different combinations. Lots to try, will be back!

Great ramen. Noodles are just cooked perfectly.Soup base is above average. Sushi is good, but nothing special. Bowl dishes are hit or a miss. Their Hot Rock appetizer is different and pretty tasty if you like shiitake mushrooms

The food was wonderful and was packed with flavor although the dumplings was a bit salty which is why Im rating it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall friendly, attentive service and good food.

Excellent quality and service. Try them out while they have their grand opening discounts for lunch and dinner. They also have bento boxes. Great happy hour menu until 6:30pm
