When I pulled up there were 2 cars past the window waiting for food as well a some in line. I went inside, since there were only 2 people waiting. The young man behind the counter had just finished taking an order. and one woman was waiting for her food. The young man began filling the womans order. The young lady from the window was filling the orders for the drive thru. The man from the 1st car came in to pick up his 2 pot pies. This entire time there was another young man in the back washing dishes and a woman cooking, and another woman who did NOTHING but run her mouth about how the other employees were getting on her nerves! I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged before I walked out. The first woman waiting for her food was just leaving as well, she said shed been there 25 minutes waiting for food! As I was walking out another driver walked in complaining her order was filled completely wrong! I will not be going back to your establishment again.

I got to this location at 9:30 on a Saturday night and they could not fill my order because they had turned off the fryer. They close at 10 pm. After speaking to the manager the only explanation he had was he could turn the fryer back on but it would be a 10-15 minute wait for the grease to heat and to prepare the food. I could understand if I arrived at 9:50 or 9:55 but seriously 30 minutes before you close and then you offer me a 15 minute wait. I will never return, and I called corporate. If I could give them no stars I would.

We used to eat at KFC in Dallas every week. This KFC here in Conroe is a joke. Ordered their $19.99 family meal with 8 pieces. The pieces were so small I actually laughed out loud. My 6 year old daughter and my 3 year old grandson ate 6 of the pieces alone. That didnt leave much for my husband and myself. I basically paid 20 bucks for 2 kids meals. Total rip off. This is the 2nd time weve ate there and the last. Both times there was something wrong with our order and the employees are rude!

The food was the usual KFC standards. There was a long line at the drive thru so I decided to park and use the dinning area. The door was locked and it was a hour and half before it should be. After waiting in line to place my order, I wanted just the chicken and Mac & Cheese and the guy taking the order insisted that I take the meal because it was cheaper. Eventually I told him to give me the meal but keep the drinks. Overall, I enjoyed my good ol KFC chicken.

I get in the mood for fried chicken about every 6 weeks, go by this location, and they are always out of something with about 2 hrs to go before close. Always. Ive been about 10 or 11 times over the last 2 years, and have left every time without ever ordering. Ridiculous. Cardinal rule of the restaurant business. You dont run out of food. Period. Especially with 2 hours to go. KFC should honestly just close this location down

I just arrived back at my hotel with an order of KFC. I am totally disappointed. The food was as I expected, although not what I originally ordered, I had to alter order due to late hour. I ended up with no utensils, plates or napkins. So half of what I ordered I will have to through out. Please, think of your customers needs before sending them on their way. Not everyone is taking it to their house. Thank You.

This KFC is the worst I have ever been to. The chicken was old, the mashed potatoes were instant and still had dry lumps, the gravy was powdery and tasted like it had been cooked a week ago. Needless to say it was a waste of money because it all went in the trash. I will never go back there and would advise everybody else not to. I would really give it no stars!!!!!!

How do you just open an have no chicken?dont they show up early to prep like every other restaurant? I guess not...this place really needs to change management or something its horrible!! If I could give it less then one star I would. I didnt want to believe the ratings and wanted to try it for myself but believe the ratings and dont waste your time dont go.

They did not have either choice of what I wanted and would not cook it. Did not have the new spicy chicken and did not have any grilled chicken. They said I needed to call ahead to order grilled chicken because they dont cook it ahead of time since it does not sell much. I left and went elsewhere to eat. No more going here.

Poorly run place of business, horrible food and certainly not condusive with other KFC establishments,manager very rude and has no place in a supervision role.Staff is not far behind manager...please close your doors if your going to conduct business this way, stores like this bring our city down.

The staff was inattentive, just took our order and gave us our food. No wet napkins like they used to. I guess alot has changed. The chicken was yucky! The cole slaw was gross, not like I remembered it. Mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were good though. No jelly for biscuits anymore.

Worst experience ever. I was rushed at the speaker, cut off twice. Aslo talked to very disrespectfuly by a lady named Casey. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times, especially when I asked for her name. She was very rude, and I do not plan on ever going back again.

They have been serving out of date chicken for a long time rotting chicken. Do not waste your hard earned money there you deserve better than that. I will never be able to trust them again they need to go ahead and close their doors for good at that location

It feels like eating church chicken , no flavor, the pieces I got were soft not crispy. Returned food no " sorry for the inconvenience " . Soda fountain did not work . Got only water. Chicken pieces very small. Fit for kids meal.

Weve been here 4 or 5 times. The store could use some visual pick me ups, and maybe some morale boosts for employees, but the food has been consistently good and fast. They are always accurate with our orders.

I could smell cigarette smoke when I went to pick up my order. The food tasted like it been sitting under the heat lamp all day. I lost my appetite coming here. I wont be back.
