Ok, so I had to revise my review from last time. As you see below, it was a crap experience from careless chicks being forgetful to those same rude staff serving food not fit for consumption and hanging up when manager requested. HOWEVER, Mark and Tobias gave me reason to revise my review with a totally new and much better experience. Theyre super friendly and food was in much better condition. I will return only because of their excellent customer service (although they did forget my corn on the cob

Best popeyes in this area. Manager always hooks it up by giving you the most recient chicken pulled out the frier and making chicken cakes (chicken stacked ontop of chicken is what i call a chicken cake based on my friend Benny). Im a regular and when i go in the drive thru he always comments that he likes my 2014 RAM.

Last night I ordered a 5 piece tender combo. When I got my order it was wrong, and didnt include gravy or any other dipping sauce in my order. The service was incredibly slow for there to only be 3 cars in their parking lot. I am very disappointed with every Popeyes from Huntsville to the Woodlands!

From a food perspective, Popeyes is Popeyes. Its a chain. However, this crew of servers is simply amazing. Engage and interact. Youll have a ball with them. So friendly and humorous and generous. They make Popeyes... The Popeyes.

The guy at the window was rude and did not take my order correctly; he charged me for sides and never placed them in the bag! Then he gave me someones order and I didnt know until I was already on the Interstate 45, bummer!!!

Rising prices. Declining food quality. Shrinking portions, too... biscuits are noticeably smaller. Staff that cant be bothered to get the order right, but can take the time to overcharge. Avoid this place.

A girl on drive through took my credit card and did not return it. When I checked the receipt later that night I discovered she was not even signed into the register. She was using someone elses login.
