I have been to this particular chicken express multiple times only because I really like the chicken. The reason for one star is that ninety percent of the time that I go I prefer a family meal so it can last me and my family multiple meals. Thats being said, you may as well order a regular meal because thats the amount of food they give you in the family meals. They count a piece of breading as a piece of chicken. Now, I know this sounds like complaining but when you pay over twenty dollars for a family meal hoping to feed a small family of three at least once you should get what you pay for. Also, most of the time the fries are old and almost never hot. Next time Ill go to Canes for my chicken strip needs. Its a bit more expensive but the quality is always at least a nine of ten. Eight of ten at the lowest.

I was really excited to try this place out. We went and ordered. Our cashier was nice, we got our order, and tried it. My spouse got Macaroni for a side, we tasted it and it was horrible. The biscuits were hard and dry. Other than that the chicken was okay and the gravy was fabulous. Would I go there again? Maybe once in a blue moon. I know they just opened so theyre testing the waters but they can do better.

Chicken tenders and biscuit were barely warm, not so fresh. I was there in the afternoon, about 3:30, so I suspect those items were left from the lunch rush. Mashed potatoes and apple pie good and hot. Service was average- not rude, not friendly, but professional enough. The Huntsville and the Magnolia Chicken Express are both better.

Edit: They did fix it and said they would replace the fries and mashpotatoes. Thank you for being so kind and fast response. I love everything if it was freshly hot. Your fries are gross. Idk why I get fries from you. They are stale and cold all the time. And I bought a big box got home and they were disgusting.

I have always liked chicken express. The first time I ate at this location I was not happy with the food. I figured it was because they just opened and were still training people. I decided to try it again this week and I got horrible food poisoning. I do not recommend this location

Stopped by midday last week and the chicken was barely warm and the okra hard as a rock. I feel like I got the lunch carryover food and nothing was made to order. I really like Chicken Express for that reason but not on this visit at this particular store.

Its was mediocre. The chicken was very salty- might want to put some of that salt into the green beans instead. I will say the biscuit was awesome- flaky and soft. The gravy was ok. Cashier was nice, service in the drive thru was quick.

Never been to chicken express so wanted to try it out. Drive thru was quick & cashier was very sweet. Everything was great except the mac n cheese. It was horrible, to watery & tasted sour. I wont ever purchase the mac n cheese again.

Super SALTY food !!!! Next time Ill make sure I will ask for chicken with my salt. This place wont last long with this type of food. I dont recommend just save your money and go to raising canes down the the road WAY BETTER !!!

LOVE THIS PLACE-- never go wrong here! They always hook it up with a few more tenders and the tea is always perfect! and BTW they should serve ranch with every Fried pickle -- not many ppl do not eat it without ranch!
