Every single time I go to this Popeyes (because its my favorite food to eat and its closest to my job and house) I have the same PROBLEM with my fries! Theyre ALWAYS stale (hard, cold and stuck together) and theyre so stale to the point where they be stuck to the paper so Im basically eating fries and Popeyes paper. Next time I go Ill take a picture to upload with this review! However the chicken is always fresh (I guess) BUT the customer service is poor. I understand equal opportunity but Id rather high school undergrads NOT work in the window dealing with money and whatnot. The register SHOULD do the hard part (math) for you.. thats all Im gonna say about that! But go there if you want to, youll see for yourself. I wouldnt recommend it though. Not even to my worst enemy. And this is the Popeyes on 16826 interstate 45 s & 242.

Worst service ever!!! This place deserves negative 5 stars!! Its not rocket science, yet they feel obligated for $15 an hr. This has to be indeed the one place that can always guarantee to screw up your order beyond imagination . No matter what you ask, as sure as the sun sets in the west they will f$&! Your order up. Oh and may I remind you never come past 8 because they will inform you that they are out of everything advertised and will make every attempt to persuade you into getting the food they have had prepared for countless hours under the lights, like a used car salesman clawing from the pits of hell attempting to make his mark on the world. I can best summarize a visit to this enchanted dump, by asking you to imagine attempting to visit a local er in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina....

Food was fine, sweet heat sauce is spicy, and customer service is average. I ordered a #8 combo $4.99, large mashed potatoes $3.99 and an extra medium drink $1.79. But was charged for a #11 combo $8.29,extra drink and large mashed potatoes. Pregnant Manager gave me $3.25 back as difference. It didnt make any sense though how she explained it. If the first woman actually listened to my order besides fooling around, it would have been different.

Honestly, l have had better at a Popeyes. Cashier kept changing prices when the outer screen showed one price and she quoted another. Pieces were very skimpy. When l complained, she said they all looked that way. Then suddenly, she came up with a piece that was twice the size of the previous one. I told her, do you see the difference, in which she had to agree. Everything was just ok.

Worst customer service ever! Was told it would be a 6 minute wait...ended up waiting 25. When the woman that took my order brought the food out, she basically tossed it in my window and walked off. I wouldve left but already paid and didnt trust them actually refunding me based on their attitude. Just awful!

Chicken is good, but the staff is terrible. They always give out the wrong sauce for the wings, or the strips. We order 15 pieces & we get 13, and we ask for half spicy & they dont add any spicy. Its very expensive not to get what you order and pay for.
