Man has this place changed. This used to be my go-to Boston Market over the years and while the service was never perfect this last visit was just awful. In the past, the only issues I ran into were the running out of side dishes way too early in the day. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. This last visit was just bad. To start, my favorite side dish is no longer being offered. Boston Market had some of the best loaded potatoes I have ever had and I was told that the side has been removed from the menu, company wide. I was heartbroken. But its all good, Ill just choose a different side. I was there with bae, we took a few minutes to look over the menu and we were finally ready to order. After standing there for a good 10 minutes, we were not acknowledged. The employees made slight eye-contact and then went to the back area to do whatever. And its not like there was only one or two employees. There had to have been at least 6 people behind the counter and no one said anything. We gave up on the waiting, it was ridiculous. This is also a completely new crew of employees that I have never seen. Management needs to do something with the employees because the customer focus is just not there.

Every time I go there, the employees are so unpleasant, look high on drugs, and dirty. Especially the kid who takes orders and payment through the window. They all behave like they hate working there. Today was no different. He acted like it was an inconvenience to give me utensils and condiments, and really got snooty when I pointed out that he forgot part of my order. To make matters worse there was hair in my spinach caserol. Not to mention it all tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated today. Yuk! This place is just gross. I love Boston Market but I will not be going there anymore.

The food is still good, but the restaurant itself has gone downhill. The tables are messy and still have food particles and you have to find your own napkins to clean them. The seats on the booths are flat and have no cushion. You sit down, then sink down and hit the wood underneath through the springs. The restrooms are very dirty, under stocked and stink with stains all over the toilet, sink and urinal. The staff is still friendly and polite though.

I used to eat lunch here quite frequently. Always good service from the employees, food tastes good, portions are generous and it comes for a good price. My only complaint is the drinks machine and the bathrooms are dirty. In my mind, this instantly calls into question the cleanliness of the kitchen which is out of view of customers.

The customer service is always great here. I come in weekly and I am greeted, assisted and served with great curtesy. On one occasion, they were out of corn and mashed potato (at an off hour so I expected it) and they returned my money without me asking and the food was ready in very short time.

Just walked in with my daughter , no one said a word to us as we stood and waited to be greeted . Not an Ounce of customer service in the building from the three Hispanic women working! No worries I wont spend a dime with Boston Market again, very disheartening...

I was soooo disappointed!!!! One of my favorite restaurants... My mother-n-law gave me a gift card....and I decided to go on my Birthday!!!!! This was just plain horrible!!!! The food was cold... Recooked!!!!! Im appauled BOSTON MARKET!!!!!
