They change owners about 2 to 3 years now.. It is not the same.. This is the worse that Hartz have ever been.. 1. The workers does not know how to take your order. 2. The owner tries to cheat you by confusing your order so she can charge you more. And if you cancel an item youre actually force to take the item and said the order has been made NO Changing your Mind!! What the?? 3. The buffet line is limited.. Ok listen to this.. When youre at at buffet dont you just go and pick out your selection?? Well in this case you cant.. You have to ask for the chicken.. Once again what the?? And there are hardly any sides in display.. You literally have to ask for it.. 4. Since this place is now run by a new owner it is not the same.. The owner is rude!! The owner tries to nickel and dime you.. The owner is very unprofessional.. And the owner is always arguing with her employees in front of customers.. 5. Hartz chicken does not taste like Hartz chicken how its supposed too.. This place needs help!! Or new ownership.. This location is ruin Hartz name and taking it to the grave.. Corporation really needs to step in.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS THEY MAKE SOME KIND OF CHANGES.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOURE LOOKING FOR FOOD POISING AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Last but not least 1 star is way to much star i gave since Google doesnt allow zero..

Visit this place to purchase some fish, and I get home and bite in to the fish inside is raw not cook. Call Hartz to let them know I just purchase the fish and would like a refund the next day the young lady said ok just bring the fish in the box back with you. The next thing I know the older lady calls me and say you must bring fish back to night so she can refry the fish thats not cook, we tried explain we live in cypress that was not a short trip for us, but at this point I am upset the way the person is treating us I drive back to hartz place the fish on the counter and tell the older lady do you really think I wanted to keep your uncooked not fresh fish and get a refund. My next question to her was to grab a piece of the fish they prepared for me to take home to my family and taste it and see if she would feed it to her family if nothing else pull it a part and see what is inside the fish they are selling customers. Very rude no customer service.

I ordered gizzards with okra and peach cobbler. I was given livers, okra and peach cobbler. The peach cobbler was gummy and stuck to the inside of the cup. When I went in to have my order replaced the next day (since the phone number listed online was incorrect), I was argued with and accused of trying to get free food. Needless to say, my order was not replaced. I will not return to this place.

The buffet is no good. They leave one or two pieces of chicken ready. When you go to get more, they make you wait over 15 minutes. Basically, they dont want you to eat more than one piece. Never coming back!

No flavor in chicken, or green beans on buffet. The greens were OK, but I will never go to this location again. Staff was nice but if you are craving fried chicken, this is not the place for you.

This place sucks, I switched from KFC to Popeyes and I would rather eat KFC off the floor. Tea is sour, waiting on my food, for 30 min, still not hot or good. Wont eat here again
