Check your food befor leaving. Wow never thought I would be doing this. Ive been going here for 14 years now. At 9 oclock after work I wanted a number 5 with a whole jalapeño. I always make sure they put it in there because they always forget. Thats what you get for having kids run the place. It takes about 15 minutes to get home. I for got the check the bag for my jalapeño. So when I got home I went to grab my burger and come to find out no jalapeño. Then after being upset over the fact I didnt have the one thing that makes the hamburger complete. It was cold . I asked my wife if hers was hot and she said yes. So I am sorry to say I will not be returning until I se new management. Be warned check you food before leaving.

You just cant beat the price/value of a cooked to order What-A-Burger! If you get there before 11:30 or after 1:00 you will really enjoy your burger more. The place is consistently clean and the staff seems genuinely concerned about your being satisfied with their food and service. I would eat there more if my wife would let me.

Gave me a bad burger that made me sick for a week! Only place I ate so I know it come from there. Be careful order was wrong asked for special burger. So went in to asked for it to be remade. I guess I should have just gone home and ate it. Never again. NOT the only burger place in town

we have been to many Whataburgers and we have also found numerous whataburgers in other towns that are better. multiple times we have been without items that we had purchased and paid for. the service in the drive thru lanes are abnormally slow compared to other stores

A Texas favorite. Whataburger has great burgers, with thousands of possible combinations. The Boerne location has very friendly staff that make every effort to get your order correct the first time, every time. Patty Melt is personal favorite.

Went here tonight at about 12 AM, and had such a pleasant experience! The staff was so full of life, and really seemed to enjoy their job. I got my food quick and on time. Very clean as well. This is a great location!

As is that case with most Whataburger locations, service was fast. Dinning room was clean. If there is a compliment, its the location itself. Its not the easiest to access, when coming from the east.
