Ive been going to J.J. for a very long time. I was instructed today, this being the first trip this year, that they no longer have a secret menu. So the few things I tried to order, I could not get. Then, I tried to order the only drink I like that isnt on the secret menu. Guess what...Couldnt get that drink either. Either the staff are very untrained and dont know how to make it, or they got rid of it, like I was told. I give this place a one star rating as the place used to be good but now it isnt.

Jamba Juice used to have ice cream treats disguised as health food, but have substantially improved their healthy offerings. You can now get many smoothies with just fruits and veggies, not just their small veggie juice menu like before. They are delicious and service is fast. I love coming here for a summer treat! They also have oatmeal in the mornings - havent tried it, but this is a potential healthy breakfast stop too!

I regularly stop at this Jamba Juice. I have a paralyzed digestive tract and some days I can only have liquids. This place is great. When I ask them to make my smoothie runny they always add extra liquids and know exactly what I need. The staff is friendly and quick. I rarely wait over five minutes from the time I order until I have my smoothie. Its impressive really.

Weve been going there since they opened and we have had great service every time! We always get the mini cup for our daughter --and they have even served the left overs (the extra that stays in the blender when theres not enough room in the cup) in the mini cup. Its like getting "extra"!!

I wish they would use real fruits instead of smoothie powders. Think of it, you go to a juice bar to get healthy, and instead of giving you the real stuff, they use processed powders for their smoothies.
