I get to the drive through they say their computers are down, cant take orders for 30 minutes. They dont put cones at drive through to block the lane. Waste of time. This business tends to be better than most Taco Cabanas. However when I went around 6pm other day the line was backed up all the way to the door. Drive thru service tends to be somewhat OK. I ordered a crispy taco plate and they asked me if I wanted the combo or the plate, then they said I could only either select either rice or beans but not both? then someone else came on the speaker at the drive thru and said sorry her headset went out. They took the order and said Awesome! on another occasion I went here asked for jalapenos at the window and the guy said they were out of them? Ive also on other occasions havent been given forms to eat with my meal, and Ive been given wrong drinks at the window as well. Water was given instead of Sprite, and Unsweet tea was given instead of sweet. When at drive through the rain pours right into your window because they have that overhead thing above window slanted right to pour into your vehicle.

I was at this location on May 29. While waiting, I noticed they had an automatic tortilla maker up front. While I was placing my order I noticed some flies flying around the restaurant and one landed on the uncovered dough balls of flour tortillas ready to be made. After placing my order, I waited while the food was being made and watched as the tortillas were being made and making their way down the maker to the awaiting tray. I noticed several tortillas landed on the machine itself and one landed on the FLOOR! I thought well, thats the price of automation, youre going to lose some in the process... I thought wrong. An employee actually picked up all the tortillas off the dirty machine and the FLOOR and put them all together in a pile to be served for the next batch of customers! GROSS, TOTALLY PUT ME OFF THIS RESTAURANT. Wish I had my phone with me to record this taking place.

If you have a lot of time to waste and are a fan of getting your order totally screwed up every time, then this is the place for you! I keep thinking that maybe they will have competent people in the drive thru, but no. This time was the last time. We waited over 5 minutes for our order. We got less than half of it. So I went inside and told them what happened. The manager seemed a little annoyed at the guy in the drive thru because apparently he gave my second bag of food to the people in the car behind me. By the time I waited for the rest of my food to be re-made, the nachos I got in the first bag were totally soggy and gross. Im done dealing with wasting my time and money at this location.

Dont get me started about this mess of a place. Ordered a 3 cheese enchiladas with no salad and no beans but double rice. When I got my order the box looked like it had been used 3 or 4 times. There was salad on the enchiladas and then the kicker was they had scooped out beans and placed rice in there. Pissed me the hell off. Took it inside and the guy thought it was funny and the management stood there talking mess about how silly it was for me to come in there and complain. If I pay for something I expect to get what I order. I didnt order anything difficult. Very unprofessional. Couldnt pay me to eat at this place again.

The service here was horrible. I will never come here again. The waitress that brought my food out after so long pushed the other plates over with the tray, knowing there was no room to do so. The cashier rolled her eyes at my fiancé because he asked for cheese incheladas after they messed up our order. They brought the food out and there was one cheese and one beef. That was again, not my order. Least to say, the workers are very disrespectful and not professional. Employees were not working, instead going out to hug a, I guess former employee when there was a long line with hungry customers.

My husband and I love Taco Cabana and stop in whenever we can. When I asked for queso on my enchiladas, the woman was rude and we were told this was not possible. We were both surprised, being that I get this every time we go to Taco Cabana. Another woman came and helped her to ring up our order, but after I saw the original woman go to the cooks and start yelling at the cooks and then looking back at me. It made me very uncomfortable because Im not too keen on my food being spit into. Just a very unpleasant visit. I wish I had caught the womans name, Im sure the other workers are fine.

It was the worst service I have ever had ! I will NEVER come to this Taco cabana again! The cashier was such an air head! I bought 2 beers and she didnt even open the bottles and I asked her to dress them and she was like whats that? Then we had to wait 30 minutes for a pitcher and she brings to the table without cups I asked her for cups and she like you want cups Im like no just bring me a straw and Ill drink it from the pitcher! You need to teach your employees customer service!

I visited on the evening of May 2, 2017 and I observed a young man who passed food from the prep area to the drive thru window use his bare hands to prepare tacos. He also touched his face as well as his hair multiple times as they laughed and played around in visible sight. All others were wearing gloves, but he was not. Stayed in the restaurant almost an hour and he never put gloves on. This is dangerous and NOT a safe food handling practice!

Check your drive through order!! When I told the drive through lady (Zoraida) Im missing my quesadilla, she says "you didnt order a quesadilla." No apology no let me get it started just a blank stare. So I ask "okay well can I order one now since you didnt hear me the first time " Ive worked in the food industry for years and I understand this is fast food and I dont expect much but dont be rude to me because youre unhappy.

A MANAGER did not wash his hands after using the mens room. My husband was in the mens room and a manager in a pink shirt went #1 and just walked out of the bathroom without washing his hands. Thats disgusting!! And in front of a customer, how careless. This was observed Friday 9/30 around 8pm or so. He needs to be fired!
