Sergio is his name. Hispanic Male, manager at taco bell location in Boerne,texas 78006; Extremely rude to other employees. Also, I noticed he greeted several guests in orderly manner, as I quietly waited for my order, and observed; the disgusted look in this managers eyes arose and his complete mannerism changed in seconds!!!!! As SOON as a homeless man (customer) went up to register, (with money to purchase items on menu) this MANAGER, glared at him as if he despised this man, and did not say a word to this customer, I could not believe my eyes. Judging this customer/man by his attire. I have been to this location a few times and I am not sure if he realizes that us (customers) can HEAR this manager over the music in lobby, raising his voice for atleast 30 minutes on and off. Very bad attitude and temper. I feel extremely uncomfortable being attended by a man like this. Managers should GUIDE and MOTIVATE employees to work as a TEAM. A while back I noticed a Manager, Bill, wonderful, happy worker. Greeted me, Introduced himself, respectful. I have seen new RGM ( as seen on name tag ) hispanic looking man, I believe, both have treated other customers and myself with nothing but smiles, wonderful manners, and positive attitudes!!! Besides that, the food was good and the place looked clean!

Been eating here off and on for 3 months. Not great, but not bad, cheap food, what do you expect? Before today id give store 3 to 4 stars. But Today while first in line at counter two employees, tall guy and large woman repeatedly talked about quiting and "leaving soon". The whole time Im being looked at, but neither made eye contact, nor said hello, or ill be with ya in a second at least. Stood there 2 or 3 minutes felling uncomfortable, listening to these people who knew they could be heard. Ive gotten upset at work, but i never let customers see me break. Much less put on a show. If they are disgruntled, do you want that person lovingly making your food? I walked off, to hear someone say welcome folks.

I blame the company for this forsaken location. They are always understaffed and not ready to take on the constant changing menu. Taco bell puts up signs that says "experience taco bell apply here." Well to that is say, who the heck wants to work for a company that doesnt care for its employees or location standards. FIX YOURSELF TAcO BELL!!! this time at the drive and i want to reiterate this time. They forgot two drinks and a so called x2 chicken POWER CHK BUR. I had to swing around to go inside. Then when i left and open up the burrito i find that this burrito is the worst $4 on food i have ever spent. The picture speaks for itself. Gahh TACO BELL!!

Can something please be done about this taco bell!!!!!!!!!! They apologize for the 20min wait for 3 crunchy tacos. Yet do nothing about it. Every time i come here it is the same story. This is the only tacobell like this. It should not matter how busy you are. when is taco bell a 20 min wait? They serve and take the orders of the drive thru before the customers inside. No ice in either machine. 2 people working the inside and drive thru. That is horrible. Step it up taco bell.

Slowest place I have ever seen. I could go to a sit down restaurant and eat faster. There was one man in particular who was so rude, to his employees, to this customer who wasnt the cleanest man, to me. These people look lost in the back and I am certain that it is from this disgusting creature that appears to be the boss. Its fast food, its supposed to suck, at least make the experience not abrasive and uncomfortable

While the Taco Bell section was well kept, they are a part of a gas station, and the restroom made me want to puke. It was nasty nasty nasty. Black mold in places, tile peeling and clearly hasnt been cleaned in years, and I swear there was crap smeared and dried on the wall. I like Taco Bell, but they need to take responsibility for that restroom, even if it isnt theirs. I will never go back.

Nasty Nasty Nasty, the people who works there hardly every wash their hands, food sucks it all pre made in CHINA and Frozen in Mexico and feed to us stupid Americans and some Mexicans , Now I have nothing against Mexicans PC, Never will I go Back to that DUMP of a Restaurant in Boerne Tx It soooooooooooooo OLD inside and Smells of dead people. Other than That, the door was almost clean.

Good grief!!! We waited 20 minutes for a couple of bland tasting burritos, while the teenage staff stood on the food prep line cracking jokes and ignoring customers. I watched 3 customers leave and 2 food returns just while I was there. Obviously the owner doesnt know whats happening here.

It is supposed to be fast.. But it isnt fast at all... I sat in the drive through line for close to 10 minutes.. While one of their workers s sweeping outside.. It was because the guy in front of be had done complications. But the manager offered me a drink to make up for it

This place plays the most God awful twangy, make you gag country music I have EVER heard. And I have traveled this country from coast to coast. Even the employees hate it. Note to the owners... Change your music to oldies!. We will only be back if the music gets changed.

Ive been here several times. And had a bad experience every time. From being told there was a 20 minute wait, to my card was over charged for paying for the persons food behind me. Went inside once and all the fountain were out. By far the worst Taco Bell Ive been to.

So slow. And so rude. I was standing right there and they were laughing at me for saying guacamole ranch instead of avocado ranch. No one wears hair nets or gloves. Or washes their hands. Terrible taco bell.

Certainly not fast. I spent my entire lunch break waiting on my food and didnt have time to eat. Deeply disappointed. A new process and perhaps new management would be the only hope for this restaurant.

Worst Wendys ever. Staff was rude. Girl at window hates her job. I did get gas, and a oil change at this location. This Taco Bell is a get hair care tire care guick fill up organization.

Drive through is packed at lunch hour, but they still get you your food in a timely manner and the place is clean with good customer service.
