The food is good but service isnt, in the morning/evening the service is what youd expect from any fast food restaurant. But, if youre wanting fast food and craving Jack in the Box at night pick another establishment unless you dont mind waiting 30-45 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Weve gone on multiple occasions to this Jack in the Box and throughout the day and evening the service is decent. The night shift has continuously let us down, tonight, 29 July 17 we waited patently to have our order taken behind two cars, when it was our turn there was a large miscommunication and the employee wasnt quite understanding. We waited to get to the window to made sure there was an understanding for what we ordered. We knew it might take a minute due to the miscommunication. However, when we pulled around to the front parking lot for our sandwich to be made (keep in mind we ordered one sandwich, which only had two sausage patties on sourdough). We were shocked to find there were also 6 additional cars waiting for their meals as well. Now Ive been in the game before I know how it works, but if youd like to meet your speed of service times, have more staff on hand, let us know how long the wait is and step up the pace.

Giving this establishment 1 star only because it wont go lower. The entire staff needs firing, 3 chances over the last year and all 3 times I have been severely disappointed. Each time, the wait has been very long for a drive thru, thus most recent time I sat in the parking lot 15-20 minutes while everyone behind me got their orders before me. I had a very simple order of 2 of the same burger, I got home to discover that 1 burger was correct, a bacon Swiss buttery jack, the other was a Frankenstein of 3 burgers in one, it had Swiss, lettuce, and Sriracha sauce and nothing else. How do you mess that up that badly? I call to tell then that they messed up my order and conveniently the manager is busy with a customer. Now if you like waiting a ludicrous amount of time for food and having it messed up as well, by all means go here, otherwise do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Tried to grab something quick to eat last night around 10 pm. Immediately things were bad, some homeless looking guy came in with his laundry/bedding he had a pillow. He walks to the back and I guess he left it there. Then was going in and out of the restaurant none of the employees said a word. Another customer had asked a question about what dressings yall carried the manager who was working the register then ignored her question and I tried to walk up to order he then decided he wanted to turn and try to answer her question blatantly ignoring me. I ended up just leaving because another customer had told me he had already been waiting there for 45 minutes. Will probably never go again at night which sucks because I had such a craving for it last night. Daytime is usually great such a shame that service was horrid.

I used to love their burgers, they cook them so much now that the meat is tough. I mean this is something recent too, I know they used to be legit like cooked their burgers medium rare and everybody got E Colli on the same day from eating their, Im not even talkin that far back, like maybe 10 years ago the burgers were good which was like 10 years after e Colli. Anywayz the do have good tacos, if that was all they served theyd get 5 stars. I have sat in the drive thru for like 10 minutes and not even moved, of course I left their tacos arent that good. I went to In N Out instead, I forgot there was one so close by. I bet the poor shmo who I was behind still hadnt gotten his food and I was chowing down on a double double

The food is good but the service is sub minimal. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me at 3am in the morning. It took 20 minutes to order my food through the drive thru. The person on the speaker asked if I could please hold, then I waited 20 minutes to order. I would have left but there was another car behind me. I have given this Jack in the box plenty of chances to no avail in correcting these customer service issues. I will never go to jack in the box ever again. I will go across the street to Taco Bell instead.

Wow. This use to be such a good restaurant. My wife constantly get the wrong order. I have made numerous excuse because I had fond memories about Jack in the Box especially the very lean college years. Now it is just very disappointed. Rude service. Dirty tables. No napkins. How can you not have napkins? I am not talking about just one napkins dispenser, but all of them. Will I be back? Honestly, I do not know.

Ive been there twice and both times they were extremely slow. When I finally got to the window the older lady told me they were out of chicken. So why did she let me order it when she took my order. And then there was no sense of urgency for fast food or customer service. If I wanted to wait 15 min for my food, I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. I recommend you pass this place by.

Every time i come to this locations the food is always cold when i get it. Theres is always a long line and even when there isnt Ill be waiting for more than 20 minutes to get my food. It seems like the staff doesnt have a sense of urgency when it comes to making the food and when they finally do make the food im assuming they just leave it sitting for a while.

The first time I went there my order took a very very long time to come to me when I dined in and they forgot my sons sake. Because of that I did not go again for months when I finally did, the same thing happened again! There were three men sitting next to my twins and I and to the men were done with their meal and the third man never got his order

We just spent 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru JUST TO PLACE OUR ORDER. there were two cars in front of us that had already ordered and one car behind us so we couldnt leave. The MANAGER looked at us twice when we got to the window but didnt say a word to us. The service what HORRIBLE ... BUT THAT WAS A BOMB ASS BURGER.

I did not like the food at all from this location I love jack in the box but eating at this location made me not like it. The tacos were so grease and Burnt, I would go back and make them change it but they took long as it is I dont want to wait another 30min. For food thats not that great. Please fix

I had a the hot mess and it is really a hot mess. Great name for a sandwich and thanks for the heads up. I will definately order this sandwich again the value was great. Definately worth the money. There is nothing like it. Great job Jack in the box.
