Decent food, not so great... Horrendous service from the owner. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our food from the time we placed our order. When we asked how much longer it was going to be, he became hostile and irate with us. I responded by telling him if they are backed up, he could have let me know but theres no indication of that so he got even more rude and began raising his voice at me. The attitude was offensive and disgusting but from the owner of the restaurant, which made it so much worse. He had no care for anyone, just an attitude of entitlement as if he was doing me a favor by letting me eat from his restaurant.

Kosher Chinese in South Florida tends to be either pretty bad or overpriced. But not at Chai Wok. The food is always good, the portions are generous, the service is consistently good, and the prices are OK for kosher. The restaurant is a medium-sized storefront on a quiet side street, and is well decorated and always clean.

Ordered a vegetables fried rice online and 5mins later I went for pickup and it was ready. Smiling and friendly service. The food was fresh and healthy(less salt and oil) which is really good for our health. Since I work right across the street of this restaurant, I think Ill order more for lunch&dinner.

First impression was average for a kosher establishment, but the quiet ambience combined with the amazing service and decent pricing blew me away. Some owners invest heavily in the furnishing but lack in basic service and quality. Chai Wok excels at both.

Best service in Miami. Steven was amazing! Food was real good, and they definitely arent cheap on the portion sizes. Had a sukkah WITH a fan!! The one and only place in Miami area that I gave 5 stars! Would definitely recommend.

Very decent Jewish style Chinese food. Its not what you get in china town but its very good for kosher. Very reasonably priced given all the expensive, lesser tasting options in aventura. My preferred take out joint.

The food was definitely fresh. It was so hot i almost burned my mouth. The chicken lo mein lacked flavor though. I would go back for their egg rolls. I prefer the baked roll over traditional fried.

I had such a great experience with chai Wok. They are super helpful with my food selection and the food is always delicious. The service and ambiance is superb. Definitely recommend. 5+ stars.

My favorite South Florida Chinese Restaurant. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and delicious food. They even have 2 plasma tvs where u can catch the games.. love that place!
