I gotta vent........I went to Chipolte today, as I do once a week. I order their chicken 80oz and 50 oz brown rice, no salt. Ive been doing this for at least a year and half if not longer. They give it to me in catering trays. I take it home and freeze it and take it out as I need it. Well today I tried calling my order in and the guy who answered the phone said he was too busy to take my order and could I call back? No problem...call back two hours later and another guy answers, he to is UNWILLING to take my order????? By now Im frustrated. So I ask for my guy ( I wont say his name) He comes to the phone and says he will make my order but they have new management and they will no longer be able to fufill my order. So they did make my order one last time. When I got there I spoke to the manager and explained that they just cant sell me the order this way due to the fact that they cant guarantee the freshness of the item after it leaves the store because its such a large quantity. I asked for his bosses number and called him before I ever left the parking lot. He answered and explained that this is no longer a service that they will be able to provide to me due to the fact that it goes against their policy.......What?????? I order food, you cook it, I take it home. He explained it compromises the integrity of the food, that its not ment to be enjoyed with just rice and chicken. What happened to have it your way????? I explained that I buy all my chicken at Chipolte BECAUSE of the standards they implement at their restaurants. I asked what do you care if I take it home and eat it throughout the week as apposed to eating there everyday. He said I might eat it with processed cheese or GMO tortilla chips. Im sorry but thats not of your business how I eat your food once it leaves your restaurant. I know this is long winded but Im pissed. Thank you for listening wink emoticon

I wish I could write a 0 star review because thats what this location deserves. First of all, the tables and restrooms are always disgusting. Filthy, pee on the floors, always out of toilet paper, hand soap empty, etc. the tables are never wiped off, food on all of them. Theres never anywhere clean to eat my meal when I go there. The worst part about this location? The attitude of the manager, Blanca. She is just awful. Not hospitable at all, gives major attitude when anything is brought to her attention. She refuses to make things right when orders are incorrect, all while looking like an angsty teenager from her body language to the tone of her voice. I will never come back here, I much prefer the one in McKinney off Eldorado. Cleaner and the staff seems so much happier.

Este lugar parese que les puede la comida y ademas las SEÑORAS. que sirven y que son hispanas parese que les estan apuntando con una escopeta sitven bien pero bien pokito es el chipotle que jamas vuelvo a ir en otros el bowl te lo dan bien servido hasta mi hijo de 10 años se sorprendio con la racion que le pusieron en su bowl .

This is the worst Chipotle location around. They give the smallest portions of food I have ever seen at a Chipotle. Management must look good because food cost has to be low when they dont give you any food to eat. Ive gotten more food on two soft tacos at the McKinney location that a whole burrito at this location. It is worth the drive to go to another one. To make things worse today they couldnt even wrap my burrito properly and didnt even bother to try. I was paying so I didnt notice it. If you are going to put such a small amount of food in a burrito at least be able to wrap it properly so I can eat it!

this chipotle is the worst. Every time Ive come here they are out of something, chips, salad dressing, forks, etc... do you know how hard it is to eat a salad with a spoon? I just moved to the area and will drive farther to another location. The employees arent very nice. When they are out of something no apologies, nothing! This has happened at least 6 of the 8 times Ive been to this location! Very poor management skills to constantly be out of things like forks and lids! Unacceptable way to run a business, consistently poor quality! Im not even going to go on about the lack of cleanliness...

By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I only occasionally come to this chipotle because it close to my job and being pregnant I get the chipotle craving! Horrible service, always rushing to take your order, give baby sized portions that dont even reach the top of the bowl when complete. The Pico is either perfect or horrible its a hit or miss and today was horrible more like tomato soup with chunks of tomatoes. The meat is either not done or burnt no in between.This food tastes different than any other chipotle I have ever been to and not in a good way! Please step up your game!!!!!

Good luck if you try to eat at this location. There has been an empty spot in the same building next door forever that they could use. The line is to the door and hooks around every time my wife makes me go here. That would not be so bad if we could eat here but the 6-7 booths are always occupied so the only option would be to split the family up and sit at the small 6 tables. The two high top tables are not an option when you have a small kid. The other issue is that several times theyve run out rice several time and made customers wait while they cook more.

While traveling, it is sometimes hard to find restaurant chains that can accommodate dietary needs/ restrictions. This chipotle location, however, did a great job of accommodating my dietary needs while remaining friendly, professional and efficient with their service. All of the staff was helpful and management checked up on us to make sure our food and service were as we needed it to be. If you live here or are just passing through, Id recommend this location for an on point meal and exceptional service.

Why are they putting barely any chicken into the burritos? I mean four little pieces is ridiculous. Theyve gone downhill, yesterday was the last straw, found a bone in a taco, again barely any chicken in that as well. We are not going there anymore. I really loved the place in the past, I guess they dont train people well enough. Im heading to another Chipotle from now on.

Im from Denver, where the original Chipotle was created. I moved here a few years ago, and Ive been very disappointed with this locations food quality. The chicken and beef are so tuff and gristly that I cant eat it. Also, the seasoning is bland. Im done coming back to this location until I start hearing some positive feedback. In the meantime, go to Qdoba!

First of all, right out of the gate the severs had poor attitude. One in particular, a slender, African American young man was especially sassy, giving me portions not even fit for an infant. The food quality was poor. The chicken was extremely tough. I was barely able to finish my burrito. I dont plan on returning until drastic changes are made.
