This place is AMAZING! Not your typical Tex-Mex place though, more authentic Mexican. The dishes you get here are like what you would get if you went over to a Mexican familys house for dinner. My wife and I have visted them back when they were next to the gas station on Legacy and Chase Oaks, but sadly didnt always get to eat there due to the long line of people going out of the door and down the sidewalk. So glad they used their money wisely and were able to move to a larger, much more beautiful place! I highly recommend there signature dishes like the steak with verde sauce and for dessert, their churros are out of this world.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. I used to frequent this place all the time when they were located in McKinney at the small hole-in-the-wall building. The new location is gorgeous and they definitely deserve the success they are having. The guy who basically runs the place (he may be the owner, Im unsure) is awesome. He must have a photographic memory or something because he always remember what my girlfriend and I order from previous visits. Very friendly. The live music they have is great as well. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Best mexican food in the area! We have been here several times over the last few months and have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious and the bartender "knows" how to mix drinks. Friendly people, family owned and operated. The food doesnt have that processed mass produced taste like the chain mexican restraunts do. Fresh and tons of flavor. Enjoy!

Sorry not impressed. Margaritas had too much cheap tequila. My chile rellenos where over cooked. Actually burnt on the bottom. Burned egg white batter. Not good! Beef filling had very little flavor. I should have ordered cheese filling. Chile rellenos is my baseline test for all Mexican restaurants I visit. This one failed miserably. Sorry.. do not recommend.

The hostess took a while to sit us , nobody greet us even when there was somebody of the staff talking to a customer, when they finish their talk she finally gave us a table, the first attempt to sit us when in a dirty table, second the same way! The good things was that our server was great and the charro beans delicious!

Ive been a fan of this place for years. They started in a tiny hut near a gas station and now they have a really nice restaurant. Chitos is a local favorite and you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Their prices have been going up recently so I dont go as much as I used to, but the food is still fantastic!

Amazing authentic Mexican dishes with a wonderful waiting staff. They carry Horchata as well and its delicious. Ive been frequenting this restaurant for years, back when it was connected to a Gas station off Legacy Drive and I will continue to return for the great food!

This place is amazing, one of my familys regular Mexican food restaurants. Everything is superb; however, their Chile Rellenos and their slow-cooked charro beans are absolutely MUST haves. I dare you to find a better Relleno anywhere in the DFW metroplex!!

Paid around $10 for the chicken enchiladas, rice and beans. It was good. The staff took a while to take our order and deliver our check even though the place wasnt that busy. I will come back to try something else and give the staff another chance

Different experience, I was there for lunch very clean look great service but food not so good. Ask for chicken quesadilla. It was very salty and they use shredded chicken which was dripping wet. It was not a very good experience for me.

I loved this place when it was a gas station taco spot, and I love it even more now that they have a bigger spot. Casual and clean with good prices and great service. Im pretty sure Ive eaten the entire menu by now. Its all great.

Tall skinny kid being a host was rude, and no smiles, and when told he needed to smile and say this way please instead of over there, he made rude I dont give a "F " attitude. Needs to be taken behind wood shed and taught manors.

Great chips. I wouldnt recommend the frozen margarita nor the chicken burrito..the burrito was literally a tortilla wrapped around chicken. No cheese or anything else inside..just chicken & a tortilla.

Great food & atmosphere. Weve been going to Chitos for at least seven years, before they opened the location on 75 off Spring Creek. Weve always been happy with our experiences!

Good fajitas. The tacos are really good. They had a strolling musician (guitarist) who had a great voice, and wasnt too loud or intrusive. It made for a nice ambience.

One of the best street tacos in Dallas. I like to mix their hatch chili sauce into their salsa dip. The service is always great and who doesnt like unlimited chips?

I had the halibut which can be iffy if not prepared properly. Mine was done to perfection and the sides were amazing. Very nice wine list to compliment the meal.

If I had to eat nothing for the rest of my life except for their charro beans, I could totally pull it off without any problem. This place is addicting.

Soggy rellenos, slow service, messed up orders, pretty much taste like every other Mexican food restaurant in the area. Go down the road to chuys.

The food was good and service was excellent. I felt the quantity was low for a Mexican restaurant and hence the 4 star.
