Have eaten here several times before. For the past several weeks weve had a study group that meets here on Wednesday nights. Food has been good and the service has been friendly and helpful. That is...up until this past Wednesday evening. We were there doing our usual study group when we noticed this guy go over and turn off the Open sign a full 30 minutes before actual closing time. Normally they will turn that off when they close up. None of us had ever seen this guy before. He proceeded to begin turning off the TVs in the restaurant and he kept approaching our table doing some things around our table as if to let us know without telling us that he wanted us to leave. We were the only ones there. He was very unfriendly and impolite and just plain rude. After a few minutes of his interruptions we decided to just leave. We gathered our stuff and went out the door which he promptly shut and locked. Never a smile on his face, just a cold hard stare. It was still not closing time. We were standing around saying our goodbyes when this same guy came out the door and looked me square in the face staring at me the whole way to his car. I wondered what his problem was. Our group has always been quiet and considerate of other diners in the restaurant. We are always careful to make sure we leave things as we found them. We dont like to make extra work for the staff since they are always so friendly to us (except for this guy). We dont know who he was. Maybe he was a new manager or something. We all agreed that his attitude was a total turn off. If there was a problem in the restaurant and he needed to shut down early. All he had to do was walk over with a smile and say something like , "Im sorry weve had something happen that requires us to close up early, so unfortunately I have to ask you to leave." We would have been very happy to comply. But as it is the impression we are left with was the guy just wanted us out so he could close early and go home. He didnt look or act like he wanted to be there. Our group has discussed this and weve decided to move our study group elsewhere. So tonight we are going to try meeting at Cafe Brazil. It is a shame but one guys lousy attitude has cost this Chilosos location what would have given them consistent business each Wednesday evening. But hey, if he thinks getting home early is more important than the customers then so be it. We take our business elsewhere beginning tonight.

My experience during lunch hour on a Wednesday (and overall first time visit): BUSY, BUSY, BUSY. We attempted to place an online order but their fax machine was busy. Tried calling to confirm and were never answered. We eventually gave up and went ahead to place our order in person and there was a long line. I agree with them needing more organization there. Maybe someone handling a separate line for the online orders? An online ordering system would be superb as well opposed to the faxing orders, which we found their fax machine was down hence the *busy* response. The line moved at an reasonably okay speed (it was lunch rush hour- its expected). I ordered double street style grilled chicken on corn tortillas and my tacos were kind of pitiful. They each had maybe 5 pieces of chicken. The tortillas were barely warm too. Definitely not worth the $7 paid and it wasnt worth complaining because I was hungry and not about to wait in their enormous line again. Service was very friendly despite the stress of the busy environment. Nice restaurant and high reviews so maybe I need to revisit at a not so congested time.

My girlfriend and I have visited this location several times in the past month. Weve met the manager, Brian, who enthusiastically acknowledges us as regulars each visit. +1 for service on that note. The food is always consistently fresh, flavorful and well prepared. +1 again. Our only gripe about this location is with one server. Weve had the same tacos with the same fillings prepared by several others, but this one in particular never fails to show her apparent lack of attention to detail. Example: the three taco tortillas are bundled together and filled. Instead of putting the fillings in each taco individually, as weve seen every other server accomplish, she piles them in the middle... Why not just put the fillings in separate containers if we are to build them ourselves? When asked (nicely) beforehand to construct them more carefully, it appears as though such a task is an excruciating chore. Dont avoid this restaurant, because the food is far too good to pass up. Hopefully, this review will be read by management, and they can educate some of their staff on proper service.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered on the phone, the guy had trouble taking the order. After he finally got it right he repeated it back to me. Well when I got there I was expecting a bistro restaurant, but walked into a knock off chipotle. When I was handed my order it was only half of it. Then the guy argues with me saying that I only ordered 1 order of nachos. I told him I ordered 2 he then again argued with me that I only ordered 1. So he tells the girl to make another order that was the same, and I told him it was not the same. So I asked him if he was the one that took the order, and her said yes. So I explained to him that if he repeated my order back to me on the phone right, then why couldnt he make the order right. I would have to say next time Ill just go to taco cabana, the nachos are ten thousand times better at taco cabana any day. I do not recommend this place...and Im mexican.

Best food Ive ever had. Burrito plus fried icecream cake cost me $16 after tax. The burrito is about large size found in other Mexican restaurants and the ice cream cake was huge. Please note that the lady who works here adds the most important ingredient in any food. Warm heart felt smile and when she help me make the burrito, she kind of guessed what I would like when I could not choose. When she gave my order we had a little chat. I would 10/10 visit again. One thing though. I feel really full right now and got the rest of my food for to go. Please note that if youre not in the idea of Togo youd end up wasting a lot of food. So remember when you order here. Quantity is large. Ask to look at the size of the burrito or salad before you order

The customer experience here is terrible but the food is decent. The menu is confusing, there are duplicate boards on the walls and its not clear that they are duplicate. They have "grilled vegetables" as an optional ingredient however, its just onions, no other vegetables and I literally got half an onion dumped into my bowl. That means that the person cutting the onions let this slide. The person grilling the onions let it slide. The person who put it in my bowl let it slide, the person down the assembly line who added other ingredients to my bowl let it slide, the person ringing up my order let it slide. That aside, the food tasted good, its a good option for lunch.
