Horrible, horrible...call the health dept. 1st arrived at 3pm to a dirty bar top- why? 2nd, no cell phone reception on a Verizon cell phone. 3rd, I had the misfortune of having Amber as my bartender/sever. The best description I can give is sporadic (slow service with almost no customers. 2 other people at bar. 4 other people in bar seating). She was going to bring me napkins and started sweeping the floor instead. Why the health dept...Amber went from serving drinks to handling money to washing dishes to bringing food and I never saw her was her hands. She brought me a straw with no wrapper. She touched the part where my mouth is supposed to go and used no napkin to carry it over. 4th, bartender Amber had less than stellar knowledge about the menu- drink or food (who puts carrots on nachos? You would think that would stand out to her when she was listing the toppings). The manager did remake my drink. Do not get the flavored coronarita frozen, it will not be served frozen- the added flavoring, when combined with the corona, melt any hope of a frozen drink (1st time Ive ever had that problem). Overall underwhelmed and left feeling like the staff was there to hang out with their friends instead of work.

Visited on a Sunday, mid-afternoon. Restaurant wasnt packed, but was told there would be a hour wait for a party of 8. Several sections of the restaurant were closed off and looked as if they were never used. Finally convinced the manager that 2 tables near each other would be fine and we were seated. Took about 10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us and another 15 to get drinks and chips (no salsa). Alcoholic beverages never did make it to our table. Orders were placed and we never saw our waitress again until the salsa, and our food arrived. Flavors were good, even though the order was incorrect. Did not want to wait for order to be remade so just asked to be charged for what was received. Our other table asked for ketchup and she came and got the ramekin of ketchup from our table instead of getting them their own. Luckily for them we werent using the ketchup because the french fries tasted like they had been fried in year old oil and were not edible. I would only eat here again if there was no other option. This location is just a sad attempt at an On The Border.

My family and I were told that we couldnt be seated for another 25 minutes despite the restaurant being half empty. When we got there we waited 25 minutes to even get someone to put us on the list to be seated. Just went there again last week with my family. I was not happy with the service or the food. It took the server 20 minutes to ever get our drink orders, and 30 to even get them to our table. One hour to get our food to us also. My son ordered the nachos with out jalapeños and they put extra insteadand they were soggy. My daughter ordered the steak burrito with green chili sauce, and the burrito was soggy and the steak was so salty to was not edible. My husband ordered the fish Tacos, not edible either, treated horrible. And how can the screw up refried beans? I ordered the brisket tacos and that too was over salted. There was no reason fire the bad service either. The resturant wasnt even half full, no big groups either. Thought of not wasting it so we decided to feed it to our dogs, they didnt eat it either. Needless to say. I will never be going there again.

Love mexican food..and when this chain first came to town, it was amazing.....now, its hit or miss...I signed up for the emails to see when there might be any delicious deals because I have been down on my luck..recently, I checked my email to find a deal I liked late sunday evening...being as it was a sunday, I went online to see if I could find out how late they would be open. Bingo..they post their hours as being from 11AM - 11PM...so I decide to go at about 10 as I am a bit of a night owl....walk in and head for the bar....no seats available, so I go back up front to ask for a small table......and the hostess says the dinning room is closed - with the 15 tables that are already seated and eating and empty ones all around....so why then are they posting their hours to be from 11 - 11......posting your hours means you are open to new business within these hours....

The food is consistently delicious and the restaurant is always busy. However, the staff is always in the middle of a crisis. One time my boyfriend and I were seated at a table that wasnt "assigned" to any wait staff. We waited as patiently as we could, but after 20 minutes we almost left. Finally, the manager came by and our orders were taken, but sadly they got both orders wrong. Poor service. But they were never rude or out-of-line. Additionally, my bf always orders a house salad, but it is never brought out in time to eat before his dinner arrives. Its always brought out together. If he wants his salad, he has to eat his dinner first before it gets cold and THEN eat the salad. I will keep going to this location because its so close by, but Ill never expect five star service. Sad.

Absolutely horrible. First the girl who took our order didnt even write our stiff down. After she left a blond lady who Im assuming is the manager came up to out table and asked us what our order was. She left to go to the kitchen then came back 3 more times to ask the same question. Like if you wrote it down youd know. I speak proper English seriously did I need to say it in Spanish or something. Then our order came and was totally wrong . They took it back came again and was wrong. Came again and was wrong. Then it was disgusting. Seriously we were nothing but polite. I shouldnt have to pay for this type of service. Im a valuable customer and was treated so poorly. If I cod give less than one star I would. So disappointed . This WAS my favorite food place.

Not a good experience. Fans on and its 30 to 40 degrees outside. Asked for the fam to be turned down mgr said no. Food got cold because of the fan since I couldnt eat it fast enough. My friend waisted water on the floor in front of our booth and everyone just walked past it as if it wasnt there. The mgr came by and I liked at him then the floor, he said what is it, I liked at the floor again and he said Ill get someone to clean it, but never did. Table was so cluttered with items that should have been removed which is why the water was spilled. Wont be back, but im sure they wont mind.

Service in the bar....terrible, terrible. Got here at 1:50 before the happy hour crowd. Bartender/waitress has yet to give us water, replenish drinks, ask if everything is okay or do we need anything...when I ordered my 2 $2 beef tacos with everything on the side, she had the nerve to ask if I wanted the beef on the side too! Really?? Condescending much? Then we had to ask her to clear the table, still no water, ask can order another drink ...on and on. Finally just spoke with manager on duty. Until theres some serious customer service training...me and sis wont be back
