Something changed... severely, for the worse! My family and I had enjoyed the occasional treat of a Pizza Hut dinner, but for the last few months, the quality has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The pizza seems loaded with grease and has a rubbery consistency, the boneless chicken wings have a freezer-burned aftertaste with an excess of powdery breading that seems more like saw dust dipped in sauce, and then somehow burnt and underdone at the same time. The bread sticks were *literally* dripping with fatty oil, so much so that squeezing one resulted in it bubbling and dripping a disgusting oily, fatty ooze. I tried to choke down a few bites just to feel nauseous for the next couple hours. I am not sure if it was the taste of sour oil or just the sight of the most disgusting fatty oil sponges that should have been breadsticks. I have never been this disgusted. We ordered three completely different items - breadsticks, cheese pizza, and honey bbq boneless chicken wings. It would not have been so horrible to receive one disgusting item if I could have satisfied my family with two other edible items, but all three were completely disgusting. I would call and complain, which would result in a discount or complete freebie on our next purchase, but who would want this awful food, even for free. The last few times we have ordered, we hoped the absolutely lack of something edible was just a fluke, but now I have been proven wrong each time over the past few months, and I refuse to try it again. We should have just ordered some Chinese food, especially since the local Chinese restaurant has been such a delight.

Poor service, limited delivery area and the drive through is busted. Showed up on a Saturday evening to get a carry out order and went through the drive through only to learn that it was closed when we pulled up to the window. So, we parked and tried to go inside. The door closest to the drive through was looked. I wondered if they were even open because i couldnt see a soul eating in the dining room. I happened to see someone standing at the carryout counter, so we walked around to the other side. There were several people waiting to get their carry out orders since the drive through was busted. The kid working the counter looked like he hadnt bathed in about a week. We stood in line for about 5 minutes to get our order. Once it was our turn, the kid working the register made a snide comment about the shirt and hat I was wearing. (My college alma mater). I informed him that I went to school there and he then went on to insult me even further. Way to treat your customers with respect! No wonder the dining room was empty.

This place used to be such a great place but the three times I have been were not so well. For starters the first one took long. It was ok but you could hear giggling and laughing in the back. The second time my family and I had to eat with their hands and my youngest son found a hair in there food and to top it all off the ladys excuse was because of workers ( which could have been taken care of because as manager she should have some type of authority so what she did to not here all of our complaints in front of the customers was to interrupt us and just say our meal was free. And the last time I went was running real slow with only 3 tables full. And once again my youngest son found a hair in his food. So if you would like to go to a restaurant where you have no hygiene or respect then go on ahead to Pizza Hut

*calls to order pizza* "Whatchu want?" "Uh... Pizza?" "Aight. Here or delivery?" "Delivery?" *Finishes order* "Aight..." *Mumbles incoherently* Silence ensues for an awkward amount of time *Click* Didnt ask if I was doing cash or credit. Little did that individual know, I had absolutely no cash on hand. So the delivery guy arrives and I apologize that i had to go scrounge through my spare change jar while he stood at the door waiting for a good 10 minutes. I was only able to tip him $2 because that was all the available change I had. Luckily, he was a nice guy and told me it was "no big deal." Also he arrived earlier than I was told, but sadly that doesnt make up for the numerous times someone like the man who answered the phone took my order.

pizza & wings were incorrect. (not a big deal) I called Pizza Hut 5 mins after I left and spoke with a person by the name of Alliah, she told me to bring the pizza back and theyd replace it. I said okay thats fine Id b there in the morning I also told her I would bring the pizza and wings back. the next morning I called Pizza Hut to let them kno I was on the way I spoke with the manager Vanessa, she told me she dont know anyone by the name of Alliah, Vanessa was very very rude her customer service was awful. (very argumentative!! WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER (later the manger saw where I had called but her customer service was terrible

Went and order wings 3-30. Just got off working double shift,one being overnight. Didnt think much as ordered from other hut in Smyrna. Got there and lady couldnt decide which ticket was mine. Collins or Harris? Printed tickets to see which one was mine? My fault not looking at order 4 orders of burnt wings by this time with shoes off resting after 16 hours. Didnt want to drive 2 miles back to store. Burnt dont they have timers. Think take this to corporate level. 31 dollars expected way better

Order on the phone was told 15 mins which I thought was way to fast so I waited, and waited and waited 50 mins later call the number back ( its a Call center ) smh) they put me on hold.....then she comes back says " the stores not answering, my manager said to wait a little longer" Seriously are you kidding How about NO and I will Never even attempt to order from you! Also I just moved here, way to Impress NOT!

Unforgivable service. Ordered online for delivery around 4pm. The confirmation email said it would arrive around 5pm. At 5:30 we called the store multiple times, no answer. We called the call center and left a complaint. We called the store back and finally got a hold of the manager who informed us our order was on the way. It arrived around 6, cold and incorrect.

Overall a clear store with great customer service. I always dine in here and its great. An alternative to simply ordering and is easy for everyone to find something they like. Never had an issue with waiting or overcrowding either. The only thing missing is maybe something small for the kids to do but its not something thats a must.

Pizza Hut use to be the place to go for pizza around here. Now its the last place I think of. My last few visits the pizza has been overcooked, the crust has overwhelmed the toppings and there was just an overall odd taste to the whole pie. Too many other options in Smyrna to settle for that kind of pizza craftsmanship.

This Pizza Hut has went down hill. This isnt the first time Ive received bad service but it will be the last time. I was really hoping it was just a few bad visits but guess its the norm now. Which sucks now i have to drive across town for Pizza Hut. Sad such a good place can turn so bad with in a year
