We placed the order at 6:11 p.m. delivery was to be at 7:11 p.m. The delivery person came around 6:50 p.m. We were paying by cash. My husband is blind and came to the room with a slip to be signed. It was not for our order. It was for someone else. My husband went to tell him the slip was not for us. My husband had given him the money for our order which was considerably less. He somehow thought we had not placed the order? He gave him the money back and left. My daughter had decided she also wanted pizza and had placed an order. With our dilemma she called and was told our order had been canceled because we did not order pizza. Well to sum it up it arrived at 9:40 p.m. AND it was not the large pan meat lover pizza ( the only kind my husband will eat), it was a large hand tossed meat lover. All of this waiting to get something he will not eat!!! This was a waste of time and money.

I have ordered food from this place and not only the food was bad I called them to let them know that the was not food fresh and I didnt want any money back because its not going to make a difference but, the guy tried to be a smartalic when I told him that "I paid for it and I shouldnt get food like this and it just didnt work like that" then his ass says "well how does it work." its like do your job and dont give people missed up food last time I checked you were working to get money as I am and the moment if you were to get service you want to be decent not what ever so I am sorry if you dont like your job but I am not the one who told you to work in a food industry.

Everytime my family and I call to order from this pizza Hut it takes several minutes of waiting on the phone for anyone to answer. Once we get our pizza, it is often cold and poorly made. With virtually no garlic/sauce on the breadsticks. Not only this but they are extremely stingy about the cheese and red pepper packets. We asked for both through the drive thru and were given two whole cheese packets for a dinner box. Went in to request more and was given two additional. Moral of the story go to the pizza Hut a few miles down the road, its worth the extra two minutes of driving.

When I went to Pizza Hut to order an anchovies pizza a good fellow worker with nice hair that goes by the name of Anthony T. attended me. He was a unique helpful host to me. The time for me to wait for the pizza was spent useful because of Anthony. I will keep ordering from this Pizza Hut just because Anthony.

While my order was delivered on time and tasted good, my pizza was barely there. Im not sure why the pizza itself was so thin. This is the second time this happened within the past month. I expected to have a pizza..not a thin piece of dough with sauce that has made it soggy because its so thin.

Ordered at 7:55 pm it is now 10:04. Store closes at 10. I called and they said it was marked out for delivery im guessing the person who answered isnt at the actual location because she wasnt sure. Was really wanting some wings. Next time it wont be Pizza Hut.

So mad right now. Ordered my pizza at 6:00 and it is now 7:45 and I call to ask where the heck my pizza is and they sat its next to leave the store!?! After 2 hours!! Ridiculous. I should have just ordered Papa Johns.
