I have always had good service here. Yesterday was probably the worst service I have ever had - ANYWHERE - ever! I ordered and the cashier mumbled something back to me, and when I could not understand her she slammed a cup of ice at me. I waited a full twenty minutes for my order - nothing special, just what was on the menu. I was told that I can only have TWO sauce packets. That is all they can give out. I could buy a container of sauce for Two dollars. I ordered for three people that were waiting in the car, and when she handed my the bag of food she asked :"Are you going to eat all this?" I wont be going back! I was pissed by the time I left there!

This is by far the most polite and friendly fast food place Ive ever been. They are eager to take your order and have it to you in a timely fashion. Even when the lines are literally rapped completely around the building. They have the absolute best chicken sandwich in town as well as other choices like soups and salads. They aim to please on all levels. I also like that they are a company that still holds on to Christian values without going out of the way to be boastful about it.

I love the food and the service, except for today. I was in line and a girl got in line behind me, she obviously worked there and was off duty. The person at the cashier saw her and said hi and told her she would help her. So the girl ducked under the ropes and was wdited on before me. So not cool. Especially when the lady at the cash register was a Team Lead, according to her badge. This greatly disappoints me because Ive always had wonderful service at the Avon Chick-fil-A.

Have two sick kids at home and one that just had surgery 3 days ago. Ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy because of sore throats. Got home and the biscuits had hardly any gravy on them. I called talked to manager and she got my address and drove biscuits and gravy to my house for the sick kids. I am so blown away. I have never had anyone go out of the way for me. Thank you so much. PS: got the 8 year old with sore throat to eat. Hasnt eaten in 2days

A co-worker at Ray Skillman Mitsubishi West brought in breakfast for everyone (15 sandwiches) and I was a lucky recipient. The quality of the sandwich was top notch, the biscuits were likely the best and freshest biscuits I have ever tasted from anywhere. I was very impressed to the point that I wanted to write a review and give them thanks for such a great start to the morning! Thank you all at Chick-Fil-A Avon!

I typically have a great dining experience at chick-fil-a, and my latest visit was no exception. the food that i received was great. I am disappointed in the latest breakfast menu changes. The burritos, now stuffed with hashbrowns, are not as good as the previous version. They removed the breakfast platters from the menu. No more sausage gravy on the menu either. Big disappointment.

We love Chick-fil-A! My husband and I love the spicy chicken sandwich, & their waffle fries are amazing!!! That is literally our favorite fast food place and really we would rather go to Chick-fil-A then any other fast food place or restaurant! We love it! Thank you Chick-fil-A for being so awesome and having the best service, & being super polite!

Salad was delicious. My husbands sandwich was hot and the chicken was tender and crispy. My son loved his chicken bites! Food was served within 6-7 mins considering it was lunch time and business was hoppin inside and out, I was impressed. The place is extremely clean. Employees are professional and not your stereotypical fast food group.

Friendly! Attentive! We, the customers, need to pick up after ourselves!! I wonder who is responsible for the messy table and left over crums found all over the table and seats!! It is NOT Chick-fil-A!!! I saw their staff cleaning constantly!!! Seriously!! Some people are shameless!!

Ive only ever been through the drive-thru, but the drive-thru staff is always so polite and courteous! Only one girl never says the whole, "my pleasure" line lol but shes still always super friendly and personable! The food is always hot and perfect! I love their waffle fries!

The quality of the chicken fillet was absolutely wonderful. The way its cooked was absolutely wonderful. The wait in line however, was not so wonderful. But of course theres going to be a drawback on the wait time in line when you have an absolutely terrific restaurant.

Good food at a decent price. This location is very popular so it can get very busy especially drive through with the line wrapping all the way around the building. But my kids like to eat here and so do I and they like to play in the play area.

Im tired to restaurants where the tables are dirty and a bit noisy. The tables are always clean and they have real potted plants, usually with flowers on each table. Big American Flag flying out front. Nice atmosphere. Good food.

Love their food but dont like eating in as it gets crowded and the bad idea of having people stand outside in the drive through causes traffic congestion. Keep to the fast food standards that has been working for years.

We eat here every Friday. They are one of the quickest fast-food drive thrus ever. They serve Coca-Cola products to drink. On main thing Ienj9y about the food is that it is still very hot ewhen we get home with it.

First theres sanitary wipes for your hands upon entering the restaurants, while eating the employee came asking if we need a top up for the drinks, and mouth rinse available in the restrooms before you go.

Best service of any fast food restaurant in the area. Employees are always nice, and even though the place is SLAMMED busy every time I visit they still manage to get me through the line very quickly.

They are great ,always nice to you and take your order with a smile and treat everyone the same unlike the Taco Bell that takes forever this place takes no longer then 8 minutes from when I went there
