My wife went there tonight and we will never be going back. When school is in session the service and portion sizes are notoriously subpar. Tonight was even worse. At 7:45 they were out of onions and peppers and had to cook more (how can you not expect to need more at 7:45, and it was not that busy). She asked that her food not be prepared until the onions and peppers were ready so that she would not have cold food. Commence eye rolling and whispering by all the employees, including the manager. She ended up just telling them to keep the food and walked out. God forbid anyone want hot food. It is one thing to have bad service, it is another thing to be a bad person. Chipotle is not going to go out of business because we never eat at the Kirkwood location again, but hopefully they can find some decent human beings to work there in the future.

Chipotle is a Mexican fast casual restaurant. Similar to Qdoba, but without the queso sauce. If youve been to other Chipotle locations, this one doesnt disappoint. However, the line is often out the door, so be prepared to wait during peak times.

My last experience here was just OK. The person who put mu burrito together was very quiet and looked unhappy. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. But other than that, the food and atmosphere was great. Nice place for a rainy day.

It costs less than 10 bucks and is better and faster than I could make myself. It isnt run by Chef Gordon Ramsay, but it only costs 10 bucks, people. No denyin the food is tasty. Nom nom nom!

OMG I Love Chipotle! I could eat it daily...but I think Im developing a rice allergy, and 99% of Chipotle has rice or is cooked in rice oil. Woe is me! What a wretched man am I!

The line moves quickly even when super busy. The only downside about this place is they are one of the only Chipotle restaurants Ive been to without beer.
