Bad gelato, on top of bad, dishonest service I watch my calorie intake and if I am going to indulge, it has to be a fine dessert such as a gelato. Skip this place, it’s not worth the calories; you will be more satisfied and better served at the yogurt place around the corner that sells by weight. My wife, daughters, and myself got different flavors and all of them had a chemically, powdered milk-like aftertaste. Lately I’ve been into caramel sea-salt and this place does not even get close, the taste was of chewy Kraft caramel candy. Tasted my daughter’s chocolate hazelnut and it had chunks of hard frozen ice cream - it is supposed to be creamy. Service was bad, borderline dishonest. Ordered 4 gelatos, and was billed for 5. When the attendant could not figure out how to refund the extra gelato the owner or manager could not process the refund either. What’s worse, he told me they’d been having issues with their machine all day, said the transaction never went through, and asked me to pay in cash instead. The receipt included an approval number but he insisted that did not mean anything. In less than 20 seconds I accessed my checking account via my iPhone app and was able to show him the charge. I said they could refund in cash, but the guy said he could not do that either, incredible! Being a new place I would have overlooked the overcharge itself as inexperience of the attendant, but bad gelato, on top of dishonest service is a no-no. I am staying away from this place.

Awesome taste and I simply loved the Italian espresso and cookies & cream flavors. My wife and my daughters loved the place and I especially liked the interior design. This place has a nice ambience and the owner of this place was very social explaining the ingredients and some of the recipes. In the day and age of all processed chemical crap that is out there, the gelatos here are made with organic ingredients which I love the most! I would suggest that they start making more bakery items such as organic cakes and bread etc. Thanks a lot for providing an opportunity to taste authentic organic gelato. I will definitely be coming again!

Last night, we attended the Gelato Making Class with Chef Vincenzo. What a sweet & patient instructor! Not only did we learn about the gelato, origins, and the difference between gelato & ice cream but we had a hands on class. We made the Mascarpone & Nutella gelato and also Vanilla Bean gelato. We each took 2 pints (one of each of the gelatos that we made). What an awesome experience! I recommend taking the class with your teens, girlfriends & spouses. We cant wait to come back and learn how to make other flavors (y)

AMAZING!!!! If you want an awesome cool treat, this is the place to go. I have been there several times with my family and LOVE it every time. Each time I have been there, late night or mid day, the shop owner is alway there. It is great to see a small business doing well. GO there NOW!!! Really, I mean right NOW.

The worst ever gelato ever! All positive reviews are either paid for, or posted by people who have absolutely no clue! This gelato is absolutely not made from natural ingredients - 3 flavors not at all yummy & waaaaay too expensive for such inferior product. By Grom gelato or Talenti at the grocery.

Gemellis continues to amaze me the more I stop in here. They make some of the BEST chocolate gelato around and their coffee isnt bad for a pick me up either. The establishment in general is well maintained, clean, and they also provide good customer service too. Youve made one happy customer!

I have been here twice. First time I shared a variety of desserts with friends and they were all delicious and homemade. Second time I tried the salted caramel gelato and loved it. The atmosphere and seating make it an enjoyable place to linger with friends after dinner or even before.

What a lovely experience. Attentive service and lovely flavor and texture to the gelato, and I LOVE ice cream. All the flavors were so great it was hard to choose one. Thankfully I could pick two and went with mascarpone Nutella and hazelnut. No disappointments!

Everything about Gemelli is perfection - from the 100% Italian chef to the carefully sourced ingredients, I guarantee you wont taste a fresher gelato outside Italy. Believe me, Ive had both! Definitely worth checking out, Im sure youll be back for more.

When I moved to West Chester this was one of the first places I went to and Im glad I did! Amazing gelato choices and much more! My favorite is the affogato (gelato covered in an espresso shot). They also serve gelato milkshakes which were great.

The gelato was good but flavor labeling was misleading. with chocolate chips can mean just a few on top of the whole display in the case. Also, they had very limited choices of dessert. Its more like a gelato place with a nice decor.

Omg!! Words cant describe how good the sorbet and gelato that is sold here. Definatley worth a try if you are in West Chester. Best I have had. Try the blueberry mojito and passion fruit sorbet. Not overpriced if you like quality

The gelato was delicious, but I ordered a gelato ice cream sandwich and the cookies were SO disappointing and the coffee was pretty lackluster! Like chocolate chip hard tack... I would recommend it as long as you only get gelato!
