You guys in Alabama are lucky. You have two great football teams, songs about your state and one of those teams, warm people and STEAK- OUT CHARBROILED DELIVERY. Steak-Out is unique to Alabama and unique in general. I travel extensively and aside from high-end restaurants that offer room service, I have not found anyone who DELIVERS such great tasting steaks. Their steaks are consistently tender, juicy and flavorful (The Ribeyes are anyway, thats all that Ive tried). The prices are very reasonable yet the quality is almost on par with steaks purchased at "upscale" restaurants in the $40 - $60 range. Really. The staff is always friendly and courteous to me. Alabama, I like you guys, not as much as Texans but I like you nonetheless. You are smart, fun and friendly. You have a good thing going. Keep it up. To the guys at the Steakhouse in Birmingham and all over Alabama, keep up the good work.

As a professional I was staying at the DoubleTree and tried to place an order the guys were extremely rude and nasty. The second guy hung up on me before i could finish placing the order on 8/14/16 @8:15pm. One guy revealed his name with hesitation. They are obviously working as partners and does not care about the customers. Mr. Owner this is unacceptable i can only imagine how many good paying customers you have lost from such unprofessionalism, customer service and behaviors. I will make the hotel aware of the CS. Fyi- When i phoned back and shared with the guy about hanging up he did not care he noted that he was busy. I suspect he could not care less about my order or growing your business. Pls address this matter immediately. By the way, I was forced to post 1 star with such juvenile behavior, experience, no stars should be in order. I viewed the other awful reviews.

I called about a delivery first of all who ever answered the phone was very unpleasant and has a nasty attitude when he answered he didnt sound very nice he said" steak out" and when I proceeded to ask him does he deliver to my address (mind you over never eaten there before ) he said "what did you say" I mean who talks to a PAYING CUSTOMER LIKE THAT and then when I told him Ive never eaten there and if he could explain their menu he was very short and I just told him nevermind people work hard for their money and we should feel welcomed and confident that our money isnt going to waste its sad people should realize YOU WOULDNT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS check your attitudes if you dont like your job FIND A NEW ONE.. never calling again that was unprofessional and just rude having a bad day go home!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! This is a rip off! I spent $18 for a fragile rib eye and a sweet potato that came with a salad that could fit in my palm. The sweet potato was so skinny and small that a 2 yr old would have complained. Im not making this up. I have purchased from them multiple times in hope of seeing some improvement and nothing has changed. You would do better to go to the store and cook your own meal. Im sorry...I hate giving reviews but this one needed to be posted.

I ordered delivery of steak tips with onions & mushrooms, loaded baked potato, a shrimp skewer and cheesecake. OMG it was awesome! Steak was cooked perfectly, and they gave me a very large portion of onions and mushrooms. I have to say, I was skeptical about ordering such a pricy delivery. But it was well worth it. I cannot say enough. I eat a lot of places on the road but this is one I will remember and recommend. (-;

Why bother asking for a temperature for my steak when it always "cooks up" in the box. Ive stopped calling to complain, it does not accomplish a thing with this location. Ive never gotten my food as ordered let alone seasoned. If youre looking for quality, you know better than to order from steakout. I really dont understand... Its been this way for years and years but we all keep reordering from here.

These guys were extremely rude and wouldnt deliver 8.4 miles from the restaurant. The guy hung up on me and when I called back, he said his manager wouldnt talk to me. We were ready to spend pretty close to $100 with these guys, but their attitude is horrible! Im guessing the food is likely just a bad because if you dont care about the customer (rule#1), you probably dont care about quality either.

If I could give half a star I would. It took 2 hours to deliver my lukewarm food. If they would of told me they were busy from the beginning I might of understood. I had to call 2 times to find out where my food was. The first time after waiting an hour the guy said 20 minutes. 30 minutes later it still wasnt delivered.

Out of towner trying to order food to be delivered to tourway inn downtown and they called and said for safety reasons they dont deliver to this specific location. Been at this location for several days and havent been concerned for my safety at any time, so pretty disappointed to not be able to try their food out.

Rude customer service, called about delivery in the area and when I gave the address and was informed it was out of the delivery area, I said ok thanks and the person answering the phone rudely just hung up! No thank you, good-bye, or nothing....RESPECT people thats all it is!

I unfortunately had the same experience as Keith and was even laughed at,before being hung up on. It was only two ofbus but we would have easily spent fifty and would have given a hefty tip of course.
