Just a good, simple place that looks cool, has awesome awesome sandwiches (bread made in house was great), awesome pretzels, and great service. Christian atmosphere, happy people, great experience all around. I read all the good reviews and theyre all spot on. Nothing more I can add to whats been said. Side note: I came with two kids and my fiance and all the indoor seating is 2 chairs at a table. We had to pull chairs over to the table. Not a big deal at all, but during peak hours you probably wouldnt be able to do this. 8 tables with 2 chairs each for a total of 16 person capacity not counting outdoor seating.

My husband and I stopped at Pigeon Forge Deli for lunch today and all I can say is wow! We have been visiting Pigeon Forge for the week on our honeymoon. We have been to all of the major tourist type of restaurants recommended during our stay, but absolutely none compared to Pigeon Forge Deli. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such hospitality. The food was phenomenal as well. It was so obvious that everything was prepared with such love and appreciation. We plan to go back for a second visit before returning home! Definitely a hidden gem and one of my new favorite places!

After overpaying at a couple other places, we just wanted something normal. Sandwiches were on the menu. I ordered the "chub" and i have to say, this was the best deli sandwich ive ever had. Its a shame that i live 4 hours away because id eat this as much as i could if i were local. The owners were just some laid back folks. I loved that. This is one of those "hole in the wall" kind of places. 1 in a million. Great food, great people. They encouraged us to stay and eat but we wanted to get back to the hotel and rest.

Absolutely amazing Deli Shop and more! Definitely take the opportunity to eat here you will not be disappointed! I stop here as often as possible in my travels. Everything is fresh and quality! The breads are hand made! There pretzels are also one of a kind mouth watering perfect! The owners run the shop and are the friendliest folks you will ever meet! I love this place and Pigeon Forge has a truly fantastic place to enjoy great food!

What a hidden gem of Pigeon Forge. Its the best meal Ive eaten in this area. The staff is so friendly and I love that its family run. The pretzels are made fresh and are always delicious. I got a half chicken salad sandwich and it was amazing. I couldnt imagine getting a whole sandwich because the half sandwich was huge and filled me up. Inside, it feels like a French cafe with natural light coming in through big windows.

Absolutely amazing food! 2 of our family members have celiac disease, and they are very careful to not cross-contaminate. The sandwich options are delicious, and portions are extremely generous. Staff is very helpful, too. When our youngest asked about how the pretzel bread tasted, one of the proprietors sliced a piece for him to taste. (Its now his favorite kind of bread!) Fabulous food!

The food and drinks were okay. But what really gets me is that its a hidden local gem to get away from the touristy parkway feel. Its a good place to rest with friends and have a chat. Not to mention the service was incredible accommodating and friendly. I really love the home feel of the tv and the couches. Theres also a nice cabana feel outside with a couple shaded tables

Great hidden gem thats well worth the find. Great sandwiches and great prices. My family had the chicken salad sandwich, pizza loaf and the open-faced steak and potato sandwich. My wife is gluten sensitive so she was so excited to find that they offer any of their sandwiches on a gluten-free roll. We come to Pigeon Forge often so well definitely be back every time we come.

Great deli. I had the best pot roast sandwich I have ever had. My sons loved their Chubb and Meatball subs. The sandwiches came with a side and 2 of us ordered the delicious tomato basil soup and 1 had the tasty cole slaw. We ended with a giant buttered pretzel with caramel dipping sauce-Yum!! We were stuffed, but happy.

Well I did it again!!! I found my self in Pigeon Forge hungry for lunch and I ended up at THE PIGEON FORGE DELI. I tried something completely different than I had ever before and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, quick service, and awesome food. Take it from a local this is the place to eat!!!

Great tasting bread although the order was confused with the other person in my party. The sandwiches in general are a bit small, but they do taste great. Sides are average. Overall good, if the sandwiches were a tad bigger for the same price I would come here all the time.

Very good deli sandwiches. Handmade. First rate bread, plenty of meat, fresh lettuce & tomato. Soups are delicious. Chicken salad is great, too. A little hard to find... but well worth the hunt! Small, clean, personable deli. On our list of must do in Pigeon Forge!

Local mom n pop deli with delicious sandwiches and soups. Limited seating, and they have a sign saying that waits can be around 30 minutes during peak times. We had no wait for an afternoon snack. Very friendly folks and tasty food in a cozy atmosphere.

Just ate at this place and i am easily impressed. The owners are super friendly there restaurant is beautiful very nice french theme. Food absolutely amazing and so interesting! Only in pigeon forge 4 days and will go again. Strongly recommend.

I lived in Pigeon Forge for about 20 weeks with a missions program, and I absolutely adore this place. The service is great, the food is even better and they even worked around my food allergies (with kindness!) Would recommend for anyone!

2 times 2 days. We love the deli. Only bad thing about the sandwiches are the size. Too large to leave room for the pretzel that is a MUST. Cinnamon sugar with caramel. Jalapeño with mustard. They are all great. Thanks PFDELI

This place was great! I had trouble finding the place but, then called in and they were extremely helpful helping my girlfriend and I find the restaurant. The food was delicious I recommend the chicken salad chub and the pretzels!

By far the best sandwiches around. Great family owned deli with phenomenal sandwiches. More than fair prices, especially for how much food you get. Try the ultimate rueben or the chicken salad chub. Bacon makes everything better.

Thick and tasty sandwiches. Owners attentive and sociable. Combo with one of four choices (had soup) and a fountain drink - all at a great price for the quality and quantity. If we lived here, probably a once a week venture.
